After doing 2 weeks ~400mg , i would not recommend DNP unless you have a reason to loose weight very fast.

The constant sweating, being exhausted, bad training, low d2 and t3 amongst other really makes DNP not the most enjoyable experience. Maybe during keto or very low dosages it has it's place, but mitochondrial uncoupler seem to get some attention.

400 is a dose some can take some cant. 200mg is fine however for pretty much everyone
