European Union, like USA, have international organisation called EMA or FDA in the US. EMA has some standards that do not apply in countryes like Turkey for example. If a product comes from a pharmacy in European Union one can be sure the quality is real.

I ordered pramipexole ER because locally with a script the best price I can get is 3x higher than what I paid for here. I don't mind the slower shipping time but for a first time order this has taken awhile and comms have been.... OK.
