Actually two clicks would be 500 iu on one ml slon pin. So one click on one ml slin pin is roughly 250. That's why I wanted to dilute it

I transferred the contents of my last pen and have been using it so I can't give an accurate measurement on the amount of solution that comes with the pen. I do believe it is much more than .5cc. If someone has a full pen and will measure the contents I believe we can come up with an accurate method.
I do know 1 click will yield barely enough solution to create just a bubble. 2 clicks doesn't produce much more. Definitely not anything close to 250 for 1 or 500 for 2. Try it. Pull the plunger out of a slin pin and turn 1 click on the pen, then deposit the results of 1 click into the slin. Better get a magnifying glass, you'll need it!

I have a full pen it says .5 ml right on it I can upload a pic tonight. When I say one click I mean one line on a slin pin not one click on the pen

Well I haven't started using mine yet, but need to start using it this week. To answer your questions, I am not sure if the following is accurate, but I did find this while researching it:

"Here is the skinny on how to get this ready for a cycle
You have 6500IU this makes 26 injections @ 250IU per injection, this is contained in 0.5mls.
If you get an empty vial, or a 3ml plunger you can easily pre-load your insulin needles in about 30-45min.

The insulin needles you want to get are the 0.5ml ones or even better if possible 0.25ml
Pre load each insulin needle with 2units this will give you 260IU every 2 units."
