Meek - you are asking the million dollar question, one I have been wrestling with for a while now.:)
We need other folks with this pen to measure and verify the amount that they are getting from this pen. When I transferred my pen to an empty vial, and then drew it into a slin pin, looked like I had about 40 units. If that is correct, then one unit on a slin pin should contain 162.5 iu. Adjust from there - about 1 and 2/3 units???

Keep in mind, this pen is intended as a 1 time use item, not intended to be used by bodybuilders. So yes, it contains 6500iu in .5 ml, which again, is not most convenient for our application.

@bickel29 I will be transfering mine in the next week or so. Let me know what you want to see and I'll do my best to help solve this. I just got in some half cc insulin syringes so if I pull it from the pin with that and fills all the way up it'll be exactly a half cc.

Thanks Rob - just let us know how many slin pin units you get after transfer.

I know some guys are probably thinking "0.5ml is 0.5ml" but I am also wondering if there is much loss when transferring, since it is usually difficult to get every last drop out.

@bickel29 but I guess u can add some bac water to it to make it right? I suck at math and def math having to do with ius and units and shit. First timer so Im still learning....but learning a lot fast.

I was planning on just setting the pin to dose 250iu doses and after pulling a slin plunger out, fill the slin from the rear and push any air out, then recap. Still not too fond of this pen and read on it quite a bit and watched videos. Maybe I should just inject everything into a vial, draw it up with like a 10ml syringe, and divide the total ml by 26.

You're an asshole bickel. You made me break into the old algebra mental vault, and a pen and paper.

So, assuming you can successfully draw out the entire solution, approximately 0.0235ml would equal 305iu of hcg. So without adding bac water, it would be impossible to get the desired amount measured on a standard 1cc slin pin.

Add 4.5cc to get 5cc = 5000iu. Then 1/4cc would equal 250iu

Ok... My brain is fried now

@Fckit wow that was amazing how did u do that? Makes sense to me...I think we have an answer folks .....at least the closest one I have seen.
Easy. I just ran a multiple linear regression model to attempt to guage the relationship between two or more explanatory variables and a response variable by fitting a linear equation to observed data. Lol

Almost a half cc of bac water would be painful wouldent it?
You can reduce bac water even further in order to inject less, but I just listed that for simplistic purposes. If you need a smaller injection amount, I'll be glad to figure it for you

Those pens are meant for a one-time injection. Knowing you have 6500iu in there in 0.5ml of solution makes it pretty easy to figure out what you need to add to get your desired amount. I mainly just wanted to see if you could do it without adding any bac water. You'd have to have some precise 0.1cc slin pin or something specialized.

First of all, i love you too Fckit.

One question I have - and it will just show how much I over think things - if you were to mix the 0.5 ml from the pen with 4.5ml of bac water, would the hcg disperse evenly amongst the newly created liquid? How could you ensure that you were getting the same amount of hcg per shot, after mixing this?

Yeah, yeah, yeah - just so you know, @Fckit ain't all that, he's really not that big of a deal, mmmkay? :)

Lol @bickel29

I had to edit @ first because the dispersion screwed me up too. However, when you have 5000iu, it doesn't matter how much bac water you add, it still contains the same amount of hcg. I could add 20cc of bac water, and it still would contain 5000iu of hcg compound.

The science of how hcg dissolves and if there is some breaking point where it gets weakened from too much dilution is out of my league. In all honesty, I will probably dilute it with less than 4.5cc. I mainly showed that for easy math. I still think it would be fine either way.

Yes. As I understand it,the molecules of the hcg would proportionately mix with the water molecules.

Wait... Time fucking out... Disregard the whole 4.5cc (because there is 6500iu, not 5000iu in that pen). I fucked that up. Here is the bottom line:

1) Add 2.5cc of bac water
2) That gives you 3cc = 6500iu
3) 11 units on a standard slin pin will equal approximately 250iu of solution (draw just over the "10")

Perfect Im glad we got this all cleared up. Lol..... Hey @pharmacist u should get some dif HCG ...but still Pharma grade something that wont make us have to use our brains so much;)
