At the time I was taking 600mg test e ew and 100mg of test p ed and 50mg dbol Ed. I'm 5'11 195 and about 12-14% bf. After a few weeks of that protocol I took .25mg e3d but that didn't help itchy nips so I went to 0.5mg every other day and felt like total shit after a few days of that. I didn't get bloods done but I had the low e symptoms. That took 3-4 days to recover from. After that I took it as needed but no more than 0.5 2x week.

Edit: I had taken Adex before from another UGL and took 0.5 on far less test with no issues at all. I kinda scared myself at how powerful Adex really is. Took me from superman to old man in no time

So you started the arimidex 3 or so weeks into the cycle? If so, do you think if you would've started .25mg EOD at the beginning of the cycle that may have helped?

It probably would be best to take a smaller dose like you said on a regular interval and bump it up as needed. I'm not really sensitive to gyno, I get itchy nips and armpits and I go by that as my sign to lower estrogen levels. It's very non-scientific [emoji3]

You talking time zone difference? Pharmacist is 6 hours ahead of the Eastern Standard Time zone of the United States. 10 pm est = 4 am Pharmacist time.
