II emailed to check if a product was available, ask about shipping costs and if there was a minimal amount—got a reply that just said, ‘Sorry, I can not help you.’ Unreal. @pharmacist, you might want to reconsider who’s handling those emails haha.
Sorry sir, I do not have such products. So I can not help you.
I should have been more communicative I know! But its Monday and I have had tons of emails over the weekend :)
