How are you blocked?

Food is going good… I’m downing anywhere from 7.2-11k calories, but my blood sugar is off the wall on HGH @ 5.77 iu/day. I’m gonna get some Metformin asap, and see if that helps. But for now, I’m coming off growth in a couple days.

They assume I'm gay or something lol, when in reality in Europe big cities almost everybody wears skinny or slim fit jeans and men carry purses and if you went to Paris for example you would see all kinds of style and fashion trends. Nobody wears old school dad jeans or drives pick ups or big sedans let alone big petrol engines, if you drive pickup everyone will think you're broke farmer who couldn't afford Mercedes SUV. Fuel and emissions cost a fortune here.

I'm 230 pounds in my profile picture and in my profile post I'm a bit lighter bf is probably 14% height is 6'177 converted so I just round it up to 6'2 for people to not tire their eyes too much (as reading my texts alone makes people tired because I can't talk like you guys in English).

10% is crazy lean though, staying there takes a lot, that's almost Greg Doucette lean like. If you want to balance having a life then I'd suggest not to go below 12-13% really. It's more mental game than anything and it's not just appetite, your brain will play mind games telling you to bulk and all that, ever experienced that? If so, the intensity at that body fat increases quite noticeably. Then slipping on your diet and gaining like 5 pounds out of nowhere is pretty depressing you feel disgusting and fat then you do deficit again and again. You never actually maintain, you try to, but you constantly cut and then gain and so on. Even one social situation with family or friends can screw you over. Ozempic might help, but it's not game changer either when it comes to mental part.

I don't take a lot of gear, I usually stay 700-800mg combined milder injectables and orals maybe anavar only.

I also stay 13-14% now mostly, I rarely slip and I cut back down quickly when I need to. Lowest comfortable for me is 12% and even there I have to put quite a bit more effort to stay there and also my options are becoming more limited when it comes to eating out.

I think you don't really want to hear it, so I'll just stop here. Sorry for my long texts I tend to annoy people here I see, but I'm just a social creature and where I'm from everybody talks like they are friends it's just our culture and how I was raised.
