First off bitch I’m 6 fucking 5! I would need to be tipping the scales at 260 plus to look like you 5 foot 7 munchkins just due to sheer poundage per square inch differences.

Second that avatar picture is literally 3 years ago when I was still running sarm and test base cycles my guy.

I’m currently 233 and that’s about 22-27pounds heavier at roughly the same bodyfat than when my avatar is from my guy. I’d say averaging 7-9 pounds of lean mass per year after already being 4 years into lifting heavily. I’d argue those are pretty above average gains based on anyones measurements.

Just finished a trestolone run and was pleasantly surprised. Had to take way more AI than I normally would though.

S23 I have used several times but I’m finding after a blast that my trt dose of test (200) and rad 140 keep me maintaining and looking solid

I used sarms for the first time in 2018 and then in 2019 I ran lgd, ostarine, and rad together and my diet wasn’t nearly as good as it could have been and I looked like I was on tren. Found out the hard way though that I still have to use solid liver protection with the sarms though.

Superdrol was ok it hurt my stomach at first then ran the injectable 2 years later as a pre workout and it was ok, not a huge fan of it.

I would say top 4 compounds in terms of just overall favorite for health/safety/lean/dry/solid

2.Mast
3.Rad140
4. Anadrol

I've ran LGD 4033, ran it at I think either 4 or 8mg a day for 4 or 5 weeks, gained Abit of size and weight with it, also used superdrol this stuff is crazy strong even at 10mg leaned me out while getting visibly bigger looking, vascularity was good with it aswell, ran it for around 4 weeks you could push it to 6 weeks keeping dose at 10mg

I think the most exotic I’ve gotten was mtren. I understand methylation changes the compound and whatnot, but it was still like instant tren for me. In a matter of days I was getting a tren look, substantial strength gain, and hyper fixation while in the gym. Unfortunately, in those same few days I went from fine to shitting my pants with diarrhea too. I know it’s a harsh compound but even then my stomach and probably liver just sucked it up.

I’ve done injectable too and found it a lot more palatable in that respect. I’m sure the liver doesn’t notice much difference, but my digestive tract sure seems to.
