Hi,

We use a Protonmail address, these emails do not go down unless Protonmail is down (or Tutanota). This sounds like you may be sending to the wrong email address!

And over 5 protonemails (from proton)
Also yesturday and today I send tutamail email...

Please keep in mind his HMG order is an international order, as we do not sell HMG domestically. It was placed during our busy sale and it will be updated with tracking most likely very soon. Keep in mind also we do not ship orders over the weekend.

I place order last Tuesday..
I know is internationale i dont have problem with waiting... but you didn't replay to my 7 days .. this is my email. Alphaus@protonmail.com

Send my tracking.. because looks like you still didint get email... I send 2min ago .
 
Just to follow up on this for everyone, @NandroXL order was shipped 48 hours after he had placed it. He was now resent his tracking number, as his original must not have ended up in his inbox or it was sent to his spam mailbox.

For the messages on Meso, please be aware we can not provide support over Meso PM! These messages are not encrypted and for your security we will insist you email us at Protonmail or Tutanota!

Was just bumping your post and letting him know he needs to get U taken care of and then some. I should have stayed out of it. It's not my business and I didn't lose any money. Was trying to let @ExpressPCT know people were watching this unfold to see how he handles it. Sry. Hope all goes well for you. I'm out of it

Ok got email with tracking from you now ...
Spam folder tutamail and protonmail was also empty...I checked ed...

Nvm iam dont want do drama and dont have problem with waiting week or 2 but ... comunication... I send to you total over 10 emails to your both email...no answer ..

But we ok got tracking order was shipped
