We use a Protonmail address, these emails do not go down unless Protonmail is down (or Tutanota). This sounds like you may be sending to the wrong email address!
Please keep in mind his HMG order is an international order, as we do not sell HMG domestically. It was placed during our busy sale and it will be updated with tracking most likely very soon. Keep in mind also we do not ship orders over the weekend.FWIW I had an order TD about a week ago. That fukn sux thgh @TorroXL has is dealing with this shit for a domestic order. When one pays 2x the norm for something to arrive quickly then that is what needs to happen. No excuses just action. @ExpressPCT what is going on man. Lost emails or mis communication with your USA shipper? U need to get on top of this and give thus man an extra bottle or something of value that he wants and get it to him asap. You have a lot of customers that see these threads. Get in front of this.

Was just bumping your post and letting him know he needs to get U taken care of and then some. I should have stayed out of it. It's not my business and I didn't lose any money.
