I know that, that’s not the point. See below, where I wrote that he said he would do Singapore fast delivery 4-7 business days. Instead he does delivery through Mumbai post without telling me. It’s almost been a month and tracking still isn’t showing any movement on this thing. I would’ve liked him to at least let me know.
Interesting, how do you know Mumbai post was used? I don't doubt that you're saying, I just want to make sure I have all the facts. Did you order through express or standard shipping?

This was initially our mistake, as we had shipped your products directly from India, instead of Singapore. Mumbai post is EMS. We will reship your order via Singapore, as your tracking has not had movement since it was sent to Mumbai sorting facility. Please send us an email once you receive this notification, so we can further resolve the issue.

Hey man can you look into my email also, it is about a stuck in customs order, they are asking me to sign that I take responsibility and all that, something that I of course do not want to, not looking to get in legal trouble over some dutasteride
Last time I ordered the shipping was relatively quick, it took a few days to get tracking, but I was upgraded to express for free so I didn't complain.
This time around however, it took me 3 days to receive tracking and hasn't moved past "label made, not yet in system" since even though they claimed it shipped out on the 12th.
It's now five days later and all I have is a inactive tracking number.

it's due to the chinese holidays causing delays, as long as their packs arrive within 14 days I wouldn't start worrying.
Hi, we do not ship weekends! The 12th was Saturday, tracking will have been created 12th for us and 11th for you.
Unless this is DHL, DHL will only collect parcels from us 3x week as we bulk ship mail!

So ExpressPCT did send me a new tracking through DHL today. Fingers crossed let’s see what happens. To their credit they did get me the reship out very quickly.
Wondering if your naltrexone/vivitrol (used for appetite suppressant such as Contrave) is in stock?
I believe we followed up with you via email, but just in case you had missed it, we unfortunately cannot sell Vivitrol any more.

Sorry you feel that we were ignoring you! On Friday we replied that we would reship your order for Monday (Today), we do not feel a need to reply until we have your new tracking.
I am sure your reshipment will have been sent with all other reshipment 7 hours ago, 4 hours before you made the posting.
Just to note we do not ship on weekends, this is in our FAQ so please be patient when placing orders on a Friday/Weekend as the tracking will always come the following Monday.
