Sorry you feel that we were ignoring you! On Friday we replied that we would reship your order for Monday (Today), we do not feel a need to reply until we have your new tracking.

I am sure your reshipment will have been sent with all other reshipment 7 hours ago, 4 hours before you made the posting.

Just to note we do not ship on weekends, this is in our FAQ so please be patient when placing orders on a Friday/Weekend as the tracking will always come the following Monday.

I think you confused me with another order but i did get a reply that i will get a reshippment a couple hours ago so now all good. Thanks!
