Facking prop pip

I pinned my quad for the first time with some deca and cyp. 1st day no prob, next 3, felt like I took a bat blow to my thigh. I'll get used to it. Never had probs with glutes,delta. I just ran out of spots, and had to hit glutes.

Are you pinning tho top or side of the quad? I personally pin both and just deal with the bullshit of pinning the top. That way I have 10 sites available at all times.vastus_lateralis.png
 
I've usually mixed Prop with a long ester so it's diluted. I just started a cycle that includes Test Cyp and Deca, so it's not bad. At 200/mg by itself I'd have to add grape seed oil, just like with Sust.
 
Pinning side, stand at attention, where my thumb hits. Top just scary. I may have to give it a try...
The side has much less nerves. Closer to the top i hit a nerve EVERY time to the point i gave uo pinning quads, tried again and all is good since moving over an 1-2 inches to the outside but not near the IT band. I actually have a freckle lol right where i pin my quads.
 
I recently got some 100% sterile/filtered USP grade grape seed oil off of Amazon that I use to dilute my test prop. I just draw some into the syringe along with the prop. Sometimes I do 50/50 but you can dilute it a little less, like 75/25 and it still makes a big difference.

That's the only way I can do Sust without the peg-leg pirate shuffle.
 
When I was pinning eod and cane off after 12 weeks I didn’t realize how much pain I was actually in due to the frequency and PIP of the compounds.

I’ve ran 1 cycle of E and rest have included short esters and prop. I am going to do a good ole 2 week pins with test e this next round. Even 3 days a week was killing me.
 
I've been using the GSO to dilute my tren ace a little bit also. The tren ace isn't horrible on it's own but I get a pretty good sting, feels like a bee sting inside the muscle, but it usually doesn't last more than an hour or so....not days like the prop.
 
I guess I am lucky. I hardly ever get PIP with test prop but I hear about many others who have. I don't use prop often but I will say I am using now along with mast prop and one of those two items is causing a small lump that disappears in a day and very slightly painful.
Never had horrible pain with prop.

I seem to get a lump in the muscle with the prop and tren ace if I pin with a 1/2" pin whether it's in the delt or quad so I've got to use at least a 1".
 
I've always found it interesting how vastly different our experiences are wrt PIP, sides, results with various compounds, etc.

Some guys can barely have an orgasm on Tren, while myself and others can bust ten in 24 hrs. Some guys can run Sust only cycles with no pain while it cripples myself and others. Of all things ... my first NPP/Test C run two Winters ago left huge knots and crippling pain in my quads. Never heard of NPP doing that to anyone else. Some guys here can run mega doses of Tren while 100mg per week added to Test made me insane. I read a story a couple years back of a guy who ran low dose Deca only for TRT, blasting it once a year, and yet his dick worked fine and his labs were not completely FUBAR. Weird. And very interesting.

My uneducated theory is that our body chemistries are often so radically different from each other that we really don't know what a given compound will do for us, or to us. We have developed general guidelines from years of studies and anecdotal evidence. But for some of us even that gets thrown out the window pretty quickly when our experience doesn't match what we expected. In a sense ... we're all just experimenting.
