Feeling like dog shit on aromasin?

But why are you concerned with what you call "water weight?" What's the issue or problem you are trying to address? Maybe a better explanation will lead us to providing you a better solution.

Feeling puffy. Sodium intake is very low as im just doing fish and rice/eggs/plain toast/oj/shakes and fiber cereal before bed. No dairy, using almond milk. I'm feeling better now so could just be getting use to asin again. I doubt 3mg a week will be detrimental, but in my original post I asked if people switched to adex with better results and ain't nobody touched on that lol :rolleyes:

I've never used adex, so I can't help.

But I also would not touch any AI on the cycle you are running.

I am a big fan of aromasin, mostly because it is suicidal, so no worries about rebound when all of that bound up estrogen is released. I think it has other benefits as well, if one needs an AI.

But I am not going to say the real reason I think you don't fell well, not going to say it, nope, not commenting, no. :)
 
3.125mgs EOD of asin day before yesterday(to reduce water weight) and now I'm feeling like shit.
2 questions.

1) How do you dose it so low?

2) Was this just one, single dose, the day before yesterday, and you feel like shit?

If yes, then this might just be coincidence and not related to the AI or estrogen levels at all? Did it do anything for your water retention?

12.5 mg pill split into 4, second 3.5mg dose and aside from keeping sodium low and keeping up with cardio not sure what else you mean?
 
My doctor told me 25mg of asin will lower e2 by 30 every week non cumulative
From what I understand a single 12.5mg dose will lower estro by quite a bit and keep it low for over a week, this is why I'm going to try 3mg once a week and see how it treats me. If anything it's a learning experience :cool:

If not, now that you've taken an AI and are now showing all the signs of crashed estrogen. Why are you so sure that you didn't. Yknow, crash your estrogen?

Ever considered that maybe your bloat is literally just cause you're.. too fat? Not an insult. I'm just being realistic.

As for arimidex. In my experience, even if you only take 0.25mg-0.5mg if your estro isn't high. You will feel like shit. Achy joints, sore, tired, weak. So ya, likely you're gunna feel like shit on that one too. Especially since you haven't gotten blood work to confirm a single thing..

I took 0.25mg while running 600mg of test and my fucking shoulders and elbows felt like they were full of sand the next day.

No bloods and just going by feel. Yes my bf is a touch high, but it's going down so not sure how I'd just suddenly start feeling fat? My joints feel fine and I'm guessing regarding estrogen from past experience. Aromasin has always treated me good, but I've heard of people reacting poorly to it just out of nowhere so this could be just a one off or it don't agree with me anymore. Either way I will stick to 3mg once a week and see how I react and go from there.

You could get retaining water for any number of reasons. Electrolytes could be out of what, too many carbs, not enough water, so many reasons. You could literally only look like you have less water because you crushed your estrogen without it even being the problem.

Sitting at 193lbs about 12%. Quad separation with veins whenever I'm standing. Abs showing. Lower oblique veins popping. Shoulder, tricep/bicep veins when flexed. Forearm at rest. Lat veins when pumped. Only thing holding me back is the flab of skin on my stomach that I still have from when I was a fatty in high-school.

So what are you getting at with my bodyfat percentage?

I'm not going to go through the trouble of getting blood work just to check estrogen as dealing with my doc is a pain in the ass and was just curious about your bf. Anywho.

Uhhh like I said it could be any number of things not just estro. Exactly why it'd be good to get it checked especially if a tiny dose of exemestane is making you feel crashed
 
If your doctor is that much of a hassle to deal with you need to find a new one. Taking AAS safely is much harder without a good doctor. I dunno how easy that is in Canada, in the USA it's fairly easy if you live in a mid-sized or larger city (75k+ population).

Also, for another anecdote for you to consider: I'm a fairly chubby fucker, definitely above 20% bf, currently on a blast at 50mg/test and 50mg/Mast ED and 20mg dianabol on training days, which is a very similar cycle to yours. No need for an AI and honestly feel like one would make me feel pretty shitty. My diet is fairly high in salts and electrolytes and I'm not having any significant bloating problems, nothing that can't be mitigated by drinking less diet coke in a day.

You might have done the thing you swear you didn't do.
