FEMALE Anavar Log

Smashfit it's nice to have information on here for women. As a man it's interesting to read a female's perspective. Thanks for posting and good luck on you end results. I look forward to seeing the transformation.

my girl did a cycle of var last year, she LOVED it, and the results were fantastic. the only problem she had is that she got really strong, really fast (already in great shape before she started), and got tendinitis in her knee from working out at 350 on the leg press. she only weigh 115 so it was very impressive. my point is, be careful

@rpbb thanks for commenting this. I was actually going to ask the guys on here if they've experienced this themselves or their lady counter parts have. First cycle I ever ran (didn't know any of the things I know now about sourcing and what not) my shoulders would literally ache SO badly especially as I was laying in bed about to go to sleep. It felt like "growing pains" is the best way to describe it. I've read a little here and there that the joint swelling is side effect from Dianabol, but it also can be a side effect from Oxandrolone.
Well last night, I got that exact same feeling in my shoulders at night, had a great gym session...on Day 11 of my cycle and I hit a 15# squat clean PR from just 2 weeks ago. Went from 135-150 easyyyyy.

So gentlemen, does anyone have any advice/tips/knowledge or anything for me on this matter? Would be greatly appreciated :D

I get the same thing from Dbol. Especially in my back and my shoulders. It can get so bad that I have to drop the dbol because I can no longer train back. As long as you can tolerate it ride it out. It means your growing with hardly any effort. But when you describe it with the word "ache" it makes me think of that bitch whinny you don't like. I wish I could help you more but I havnt ran var yet. The only reason I chimed in is because you said it has similar sides that dbol has.

on the var, her joints felt fantastic, but she got restless leg syndrome at night. she learned to keep the weight down and do higher reps in order not to injure herself . basically to build up the amount of weight slower in order not to injure herself. your muscles gain strength way faster than your tendons and ligaments on the anavar. the wow factor of the anavar is how fast her abs start showing once she's on it.

Both of us has very good luck with our joints on anavar. I don't get bloated, but she did. She used arimidex to control it. Anavar is my favorite as far as a feeling of well being of any gear

My wife nor I have had joint problems on var. How is your weight you feel heavy or bloated?

No not at all! Feeling lean and slowly getting cut especially in my stomach.... even though my diet hasnt been AS on point as I would like it (cinco de mayo and Mothers day weekend...whoops) I'm also a perfectionist though Lol

How are your shoulders feeling today maybe just chalk it up to a great work out. Just keep an eye on things as you know var is one that is most common not to be var. I know when I have good var after 2 weeks my BP starts to sky rocket and I get this weird hum going on. DBOL gives me a feeling of well being. My wife also starts to get her BP up on var. She has dropped all gear though. She wants to compete natty for now ...... cause she loved gh. Continue to monitor and just keep logging. I have found the best route to get var these days is find an anti aging clinic that scripts it through a compound pharmacy. Costly but don't ever have to worry what it is.

First off this log is going to be the log all women on meso starting var base there cycle on so keep up the good work . Are you taking any supplements for joints like fish oil , msm , glucosamine. And are you using any other supplements.

Looks like things are going great Smash. I think an over looked issue from increased protein synthesis is the acidity that the body creates. Taking a supplement that can reduce acidity and help the body become more pH like glutamine for example could help with some of the soreness. Also increased hydration could help with blood volume. His is probably just a small help but others have done baking soda as well.

I am taking a blend of Omega 3's, Fish Oil, Magnesium, Zinv, Vitamin D3, B6, milk thistle and malic acid.

This is a very good point. It's always easier for me to look at someone else, and give them my advice, rather than take the advice myself! Lol
Currently not taking glutamine but it's not a bad idea so I might just do it! I always try to hydrate much more than I normally do while I'm on a cycle!
