FEMALE Anavar Log

If you watch the GAMES though those guys and girls are jacked and they are the fittest people on the planet. So there has to be good facilities that know what their doing. I'm not gonna spend 150.00 a month though on a bunch of different facilities to find the right one for me. I would rather stick to the gym.
Yep- it's good for folks who can't get motivated on their own.

The only thing crossfire has going for it is the crossfire girls.

The majority of the boxes are just money making schemes that are no different than taking a Zumba class.

You will never get the physique of the Cross fit Games athletes doing WODs. I know guys that have been doing xfit avidly for a couple years that look exactly the same as when they started.

They can however jump up and down for extended periods of time.

Look you need to respect this log. No need to let your personal feelings clog up this log. Enough cross fit bashing its not respectful to the OP. You guys want to bash it start a thread and I will join in. This is not the place. Smash get back to your log.
Awww... and they say chivalry is dead <3

Nothing about chivalry peoples logs are to be respected no matter who they are. It is an unwritten rule.

Agreed repspect the log. It takes a lot for a member to have the courage to do a log. Im scared to death to start mine. I would assume that its even harder for a lady thats on a board thats 99.98% men. Give her respect and respect the log.

30% is a high target but I'm sure on the snatch it should be attainable mostly due to technique improvements.

It's tough to coach oly lifts site unseen. Minimally I would need to see vids. But in general, I would first assess the position or movement that is holding you back during your 1rm attempts. Once the weakness is identified, structure excercises around strengthening that weakness.

Of course squat a lot, utilizing only a high bar atg style for BS. I'm really into hip thrusters these days vice RDL. And I actually prefer incline bench for shoulder strength development.

Good luck. I'll be watching mostly because there aren't too many competitive exercisers around these parts.

Btw, I've coached some female cf athletes. How is your gymnastics/body weight skills at your current weight?

With cf there is a trade off between body weight and barbell movement. You are kinda pushing the optimal weight limit for females. But thankfully there are ways to get stronger with minimal weight gain. Just a thought.

Hey guys! Yeah if we could keep the CF bashing to a minimum that'd be great! I posted what I do for an exercise routine because I believe that's what a good log should entail, we all have different views on fitness, but at the end of the day it's about getting out there and getting after it, right boys??

Now I have had my fair share of arguments with plentyyy of guys (including my brother who is very in BB) and I'll tell you all what I tell them.....I can go into ANY conventional gym and do every single workout in there with EASE, but I bet you can't come into a CrossFit gym and do half of the workout without wishing you were dead ;)

With that said I will be posting more results in a few days and pictures next week! :D Appreciate all the support!

Well said. The week I did CF I thought I was gonna die everyday. That's why who every wins the games is declared the fittest person on earth. True athletes IMO

Also, I will state this just as a PSA if you will.

A little about me, I was a competitive athlete all my life, played for one of the Top 10 teams in the nation for my sport, went to play professional, and got injured too soon to season. I am now a Firefighter/Paramedic....needless to say, going to the gym and working out by myself just doesn't cut it. I have been coached ALL my life, I know nothing else. And whether you'd like to admit it or not, Crossfit is a sport, and my inner athlete thrives off of competition and learning new things. It has been a humbling experience to say the least...going from a sport where I was one of the best, to now I am learning basic movements. I do Crossfit yes, but I have more of an emphasis on Olympic Lifting as I hate cardio Lol, and I am training to compete at the highest level I can, I believe my athletic background will push me further than most.
And...being a firefighter...staying in shape is kind of our job...you know, to save your life and all when you call us ;) so that's another reason I do it!

To give you a sneak peak on my log...I PR'd my squat clean today by 10 pounds! :D :D :D

This is a great contribution for the many women toying with the idea of running aas... and I appreciate your disclaimer denoting the use of this is best left to those who compete with years of training under their belt. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
