FEMALE Anavar Log

Or we need more secure confident women like Smash who can take a bit of it and does realize they are in a testosterone fueled environment. But yes I agree Ogh!

This place is like my online Fire House Lol.....talk about a testosterone den!

It's interesting, when I was in the Fire Academy there were a lot more females in the Academy classes than are out in the actual field. And I watched women flunk out, either Academically or physically (there were plenty of my male counterparts that flunked too) for one reason or another, and a few did end up passing. I was the only one in my Academy class.

But the hardest part isn't passing the Academy....it's fitting in. The toughest aspect about being a female FF is getting along with the guys. Some girls take the feminist "I don't need help lifting this ladder from a man" approach, which NO ONE likes, some take the flirtatious route, which is NEVER good, the guys never take you seriously...and then there's some girls who are quite/shy and just not strong enough for the job. It's a very difficult task, and I think was maybe one of the reasons my father (who was also a Fireman) was hesitant with me joining the Dept.

Luckily for me, I always got along better with boys then I did with girls...you guys just make more sense to me! .....er..well sometimes, sometimes you guys are too with your dirty talk and with your fart jokes Lol

Well that turned into a longer rant than I intended whoops:confused: slow day here at the station...

**UPDATE**

Alright guys, Day 24 here....won't make this super long, just going to mention a few things.
My strength is through the ROOF! Seriously, along with stamina. Noticed my endurance capabilities have gone up in the last few days...seems like I'm just able to keep pushing and pushing when I'd normally plateau.
I've focused a lot on my squat the last 10-14 days because I haven't been able to make it to CF as regularly as I'd like to with work and all, so I've been hitting up my gym down the street.
Can I just say how funny I think it is when I go to the gym, start squatting heavy #'s for girls and pretty decent #'s for guys even, and then they see my squat form...which is ass to grass duh, no other way ;) and they all just stare:eek: Lol I've had a couple of guys come up to me in the last few weeks and ask "if I compete" which I'm not sure if they mean body building or powerlifting or what...but I always tell them no, but I compete for CF and they're all in awe, haha. CF's not so gay anymore when I can squat more than you and lower than you huh??? Okay, that's my rant. Lol

Last night hit 195 squat for 2 which was after 5 other heavy-ish sets at 175-180-185
felt like I could have hit it for 3 but that wasn't what the program called for so I didn't....think I will be taking my 1RM for a ride next week and see where I land :D

That's all I really have as far as an update this time...will be posting progress pics in another week or two.

Oh, I have have no noticeable sides yet and am still running at 10mg/day

Good stuff. Sounds like you need a real gym when you are away from CF.

So yesterday I hit 140# in a Clean Complex which consisted of:

1) Clean deadlift (three positions:below knee,above knee,finish position)
2) Hang Clean
3) Full Squat Clean

and a few days ago 145# was my max! My numbers are moving fast, very excited to see where I end up in about 9 weeks...

Here's a little progress pic! It's hard to see the changes in pictures sometimes, you guys can judge for yourselves...
Personally, this is what I see :
1) Bigger traps (not even intentional Lol)
2) Less stomach fat (yay! :D... so slightlyyyy more defined in that region)
3) More vasculature (check out that Left forearm vein AND the bicep vein!)
4) No more Lobster Sunburn Legs! :p
5) Feel like it's not a great picture of my legs because of the angle, but I don't think I see a difference in those yet...

Nice. Definitely lost some fat and definition improving. Love the traps. I don't train mine directly but are the first muscle that grows.

@Maxlass Same here! I don't even really do much to my traps! At least not focused muscle group exercises... Maybe once a week I'll do shrugs or rows, but they just grow so fast I don't know why! Lol

You'd think I was in the gym all day everyday doing shrugs by the look of them...guess it's just one of my genetic "gifts", those and my biceps, I've always had very defined biceps and the "ball" since I was like 12 Lol cause my girl friends would make fun of me when we were younger!
Wish my traps would give some of their definition to my abs!

Hey guys! Got a quick question here...

So I suppose I should have mentioned ONE of the sides, I'm starting to notice...probably started creeping up on me as of last week. Starting to get a little joint pain here and there.
I swear, I may be young, but my body sometimes feels so old! Ugh, collegiate athlete problems...

So my last cycle I ran, I would get this awful aching in my shoulders, specifically at night when I would be laying down and going to bed...they felt like a dull ache, but a pretty intense dull ache and would just throb non-stop. At first I thought it might be because I had started Crossfit at the time, which part of it probably was because I was new and getting my form down....but now I'm starting to get in again!
Not really in my shoulders, although sometimes I'll feel a very dull ache after a workout if it was a heavy upper body workout and if I didn't adequately stretch beforehand, which I don't feel is abnormal.
But this time I'm starting to get it in my left knee, started about 3 days ago. Just feels like pressure, no sharp pain...I can feel it from the inside and it kind of feels like someone is grabbing the tendon in there, Lol. No previous knee injuries.
Also been dealing with some left glute pain....maybe my left side is fucked...great...
that I've self-diagnosed as possible start of piriformis syndrome and NOT sciatica. It's slowly starting to go away though because I've been stretching a ton and doing lighter workouts.

Just seems as though my body is CONSTANTLY sore....similar to "growing pains" sore....is this common for you guys who also run var? Should I chalk it off to my weights increase drastically in a small amount of time?...or something else? Thanks! :D

Hi I wouldn't worry too much, as u said it may be a sign of growth but it is something I'm not firmiliar with at all. I'm running tbol ATM and I'm experiencing 10x worse, my knees are dried to the shit house lol.
R u lifting heavy babe? it could be that u may need a good recovery from your workout
I've ran var in the past but the only thing I experienced was vommitting and tummy aches. Just make sure your supplementing, I'm not too good with advice but this is what
I've experienced.
Thanks alex

sounds like you got Winni and not Tbol.

I don't think it has anything to do with Var. my guess is your form is bad and or trying to lift to much weight.

Nah, my form is solid. If I feel like it's not, I don't go as heavy. There's some lifts I know I'm weaker in form-wise, so I don't go as heavy on them. Plus I have a coach watching me and tweaking my form at all times. Granted it's not perfect, but neither is the form of a top of the line athlete...takes a lifetime to properly learn how to correctly execute these lifts on a consistent basis....which is why I love it!

Been researching a lot since posting this and reading medical journals on Oxandrolone side effects in patients....seems like this joint pain can be somewhat common actually.

Could be lifting too heavy too fast though since my strength is sky rocketing these days! Will definitely have to keep my form in check! :P

I've heard Tbol will do that do ya Lol...when you say they're "dried" what do you mean? Don't think I've ever experienced that type of feeling...but maybe I have and just haven't heard of this term Lol

Been lifting pretty heavy...and my numbers are taking off! Think it's a combination of that and just been going really hard at it lately :/ Le sigh...the things we do to our bodies Lol

It's going happen when you training harder, lifting heavier weights than you ever have and putting on muscle. Make sure you are hydrated first of all and I would start a stretching/yoga regime to keep all loose (I know you say your stretching just make sure it's proper stretching). It will help the joints, plus help further muscle growth.

I get it a little every cycle and put it down to getting stronger too quickly. It's like my joints play catch up to muscles and suffer for it.

Agreed. Because the easiest way for me to describe the pain, is very similar to "growing pains"...and well...I hit puberty a loooong time ago Lol
Guess it's just one of the give & take's of AAS usage
