Last night at DNP time (about 7:00PM each evening) my body temp was normal, so another 500mg. Later that night I definitely felt quite warm, although I was not sweating. I don't want to exceed 500mg per day, and if I keep it up a few more days the concentration will go up a bit from 1,212mg to nearly 1,400mg.

At this point I only have a few "pellets" left. I ordered another bag (they have the price reduced right now) but I think I'll switch to the 250mg caps I got. Taking 10 tabs each evening is annoying and they are pricey. I think the best use for these may be to fine tune dosage. So, if I have a 250mg cap an want to take 400mg, I can do that with the cap and three tabs.

The thing about those other caps though, is that they are all over the board for weight. They range from a low of 200mg to a high of 300mg. Eighty percent of them are overfilled (beyond 250mg), while 15% exceed 300mg. So I'll be weighing each one as I go. Also I'll be starting low with them, and working my way back up.

Bottom line, I have no idea if these tablets are underdosed as others have said. I may have a good idea once I have something to compare to.

Oh, and as a side note, it does add a yellow tinge to my piss.

When weighing your capsules, since they are not supposed to contain filler, you need to know the weight of an empty capsule and then subtract that from the total weight to know how much dnp it actually contains.

Yup that's correct. Looking at the specs on a size "0" cap, the weight is 95mg. I also asked the source how much his caps weigh empty and he told me on average about 100mg. I subtracted 95mg from the weight of each cap and that's what I reported in my post.

That is correct. My size "0" caps weigh right at 100 mg also

Well, I just recently ordered from them, after being a loyal Warehouse customer. I found Club's product to be severely under-dosed and when I told them this, they quickly deleted my review and have continued to delete any negative feedback. I believe they're a shady, unethical source.

I thought I had a good source (not this place). Read reviews, spoke with the guy, and now I'm out a good chunk of change. That's the game I guess so the search continues.

Yeah I would never believe reviews on a website run by the same company which sells whatever the product is.

I hope theyr the new fertilizer warehouse. The packs look similar and the other site is "under construction" ever since the raid

I wouldn't waste your money. I ordered some and let's just say my plants have seen zero benefits despite a high dose

Well, they found my order and emailed me about the reviews. I forgot to mention my plants so they had to remove all my posts. But they went through the effort of finding my order and refunding my money, so I have to say the customer service is better than the product
