First 12 Week Test Cycle

I put my 14yr old daughter on a 5x5 program and she probably gained close to 10lbs of muscle over the course of several months.

I would assume her testosterone levels are lower than your pre-cycle levels. Post cycle? Debatable.

And now after eating 5k calories a day you resemble your before pic again. Steroids aren't magic. If your diet is shit they do almost nothing, as you're finding out. Nutrition is more important than any other thing.

Come on man I'm hitting the gym from 15 years old the best gains of my life was at age of 16-17 I was seeing results everyday on the mirror . Puberty is when your HPTA has complete development and I'm guarantee you don't complete yours yet and you're going to realize it on 19 years old and on24 years old .
Yeah it's hard to build muscle but that's the game bro GO HARD OR GO HOME! you've just waiste your best years of training. And you don't know if the next years you're going to stop the gym you're in the age that the next years a lot of changes are coming in your life .
 
One thing you see all over steroid forums is a lack of knowledge on how to properly lift. First and foremost, stop fucking around and doing random bullshit with weights, get on a scientifically proven routine, and you'll look better than 90% of the people at the gym within a year, without any gear at all.

If you aren't squatting double your bodyweight, you don't know how to lift. Routines like HST, 5x5, GVT, Starting Strength, etc, are all excellent routines. GVT will add 10-15 lbs. of sarcoplasmic hypertrophy in the first 6 weeks without any gear at all. You say you've been lifting for 2 years, but can you squat double your bodyweight?

One thing made apparent in this thread TS, you don't know how to lift. Seriously man, AAS are supposed to compliment the act of lifting. Lifting isn't supposed to compliment the act of doing a cycle.
 
You need to have more than a prepubescent female chest before your first cycle. Just advice, do whatever the FUCK you wana do. Unless your mom said you can't.... lol

Squating your body weightx2 in 2 yrs is borderline impossible. That takes about 5 yrs, 2 with steroid use.
 
Ive now gained a total of 30 lbs. ALOT of that is water. I would say 10 lbs of it. And another 5 lbs of fat. 15 lbs of muscle i would say. 2 more weeks left in my cycle

This may be the most obscene statement i've ever read on this board. Are you fucking kidding me? If a 200lb man can't squat 4 plates within 2 years of NATURAL training with good programming and a caloric surplus, then something must be wrong.

My gym doesent have a squat rack. Only a smith machine. It sucks
