First cycle. Anavar, testosterone, eca, with an Ai. 6'2" 250lb - 212 cut - 232 today. Dexa scan and results inside.

Your progress from the start of this log to now is very impressive to say the least.

I second this. OPs done a good job.

Only thing holding back the aesthetics is the loose skin, sadly surgery is the only solution to that. Adding some mass will help a bit but ive known a few formerly very overweight guys who got left with a bunch of loose skin no matter what they did.

OP, you considering surgery at any point to get rid of the loose skin? Or have you made peace with it?

Regardless good work.

Hey guys I appreciate the replies. I did indeed get my blood work done today. A week late, my galaxy s20 died and Samsung is taking their sweet time so my week got skewed, awaiting results. I've begun pct today right after bloods. Clomid thus far day 1, 50mg x2/day, will add Nolvadex next week on arrival, and aromasin per pct guide here if needed and drop clomid down to 25mg x2/day after a week or so depending on what sides I do or don't get.

My blood test ended up being almost 30 days since last T pin so it'll be interesting to see what my actual levels are hopefully not T= 20 like that fucktard on YouTube crashing his T for trt script to claim 'natty 'lol!. As most people begin pct at 2 weeks or even sooner. Yet half life measurements say about 5x half life = full elimination. So 28-35 days. We'll see, im trying to log a lot of data and photos for future internet references. I had to piece everything together from broken forum posts, dead image hosts, and overly hyped marketing. People with made up BF% and of course people telling you about their 'sicc lifts' with a few lbs of weight added to the story much like grandpa catching his '37lb' trout with 2 fins or some bs.

I appreciate the feedback, I am indeed absolutely amazed at what I accomplished in such a short period of time. Honestly I'm flabbergasted, though it wasn't easy. I won't be letting this go, I'm working on staying no lower than 220 no higher than 230. I reached 222.8 recently and panicked a little. So I've switched my diet to consume a bit more carbohydrates and woke up 2 days later at 226. The super set of abs come and go depending on carb load and I don't want to obsess over it too much as I don't wanna catabolize my gains so I'm just trying to maintain. The issue im having is on active days i burn 4,000+ calories and I just cannot eat that much.

I actually had planned the cycle for a year prior but felt I was under educated regarding harm reduction and was not in the correct regiment to succeed. Ie diet, consistency, and abstaining from drugs/alcohol. Soo im thankful i waited until I took care of those other personal flaws.

The loose skin does bother me, um a bit of it is still fat but I assume once that is consumed it'll be a loose flap of skin and yeah it sucks. Im tempted to get a tummy tuck but then will my stretch marks become the next mental issue I have? Or maybe the surgical scars from my collarbone break.. or the skin graft from breaking my femur? I'm concerned I'll be opening pandoras box. At that point the tummy tuck could turn into, 'just a lil botox and the wrinkles filled by my eyes' and bam I look like an alien with major medical debt it's on my list as I've traveled to both Thailand and Mexico. If it was like under 5k I'd probably do it, but like I said.. what about those stretch marks, scars, its really easy to become body conscious and I'm no pretty princess I've been in some serious accidents.

Body wise not much had changed. I've always been able to isolate and flex/trigger my quads, pectorals, obviously biceps and calfs, abs etc but just recently started focusing on lat triggering. Kneeling cable pull downs is a new addition for me. It's nice to be able to 'clench' and trigger the triangle on your back. I've always done lat flys with dumbbells, fly machine, and cables. The direct and focused clenching is really the new addition for me.

So I'll end this update with a single photo. It's of my back and I think it's looking pretty . Like most photos I'm not pumped lol it's just me walking at a lake near Yosemite today.

One thing I'm thankful for is proportion. I see some dudes in the gym absolutely fuckin ripped, probably 20" + biceps, just shredded, then bam their legs are smaller than my Asian girlfriend . Im like... bro really!?

Calf raises are a staple in my warmup. Just hating a little, don't get me started on the dudes who put like 800lb on the leg press then only bend their legs like 3 inches.

Anyways ill definitely follow up with bloods early next week, how pct feels, weight and strength and a follow up dxa scan 90 days after cycle to see how much I kept(+ bloods). Part of the reason I made this log was to help fix some of the misinformation. Hopefully this all helps.

Sorry for the ramble!

Are you going to get bloods after you pct when those drugs have time to clear your system?

As I mentioned in the prior post I've been really focusing on my lats and triggering them. This is a photo I took this morning pre gym with my lats triggered a bit.

I'd take a photo in a bodybuilder pose but I'd feel ridiculous. That being said if I flex everything with arms curled a lot of tendons and stuff pop up, shit I didn't even know existed.

So yeah, some lat and shoulder-pectoral cut line(dunno the name)progress. This photo isn't about abs as my temporary phone sucks and seems to soften everything.

Burned 5,000 calories yesterday. Had an opportunity to swim and did laps for awhile. Something I've never been fit enough to do for 30 + minutes. Felt really good about myself. Saw some hot chicks by the pool but just like the gym I focus on the task at hand. "Muh gainz"

This week so far I've averaged over 4,000 calories burned/day. I even took rest days and did a little carb loading to recover from dropping to 222.8 but once again, it's hard to slow yourself when the adrenaline kicks in.

I had someone ask about my workout and how I stay in shape. Like randomly in front of 7-11.

I told them I eat chicken and broccoli like the movie stars and spend 20 minutes a day balancing on a yoga ball.

Oh I wanted to add more data on my liver values. They're not totally fucked, or super high, just a bit elevated. Im adding more info as I don't want people to assume I was like unknowingly taking something stronger like winstrol etc.

I saw a post(on google)by a female concerned regarding her anavar use and her labs were like 250+ on alt/ast from supposed 10mg of "anavar" or some bs... the level of a chronic alcoholic. Yeahhhh... that's not good.

Still waiting on hormone panel results and honestly feeling emotionally better since I've begun clomid.

The half life is like 5 days so maybe it's placebo. Felt really good in the gym today, life's good.

Down to 222.2 lbs this morning. Not too happy but I've accepted it. Hopefully I can stay above 215-220. I'd try some carb loading again but all it does is cover up my muscle definition.

My little abs are back, my temporary phone still sucks at photography, and I can actually feel where the "8 pack" comes from.

Right above my ribs I'm starting to get muscle definition!

So here's a photo, quality sucks, but it shows the difference between 3lbs of weight

Thanks again for the motivation.

Oh just as an add on, is it just me or is every internet fitness influencer is basically on or was on sarms/anabolic substances. Im not saying rare exceptions don't exist but our school had more than a couple thousand students as a sample.

I played a lot of sports growing up and never once saw a 200-250lb 6ft +dude that was cut. Maybe on the 200lb side but never a 250lb defensive tackle or something. Most buff as hell people i see are shorter. Do they actually grow muscle easier or is that just a stereotype?

A lot of my cousins on my black side have 6 packs, even my sisters kids but they're skinny. Like 150lbs 6ft kinda skinny. Small narrow bones, good kids though!

For those who do not remember the days of actual coming off gear, I do, and that is what happens. A month or so after you stop all your injections is when your body looks the best, after the water falls away.

I never imagined myself looking this fit in such a short period of time. Those ab muscles on the bottom of my ribs are brand new. Like.. wtf where did they come from?

Haha I'll follow up with those famous Asian girlfriend calf muscles.

The lab company updates their website with partial results as they come in.

So like the normal, 10,000x a day tests came back quickly, im assuming the testosterone/hormone panel is done in a different lab or something.

I should have said partial results, not pending. My estrogen and shgb showed up yesterday. Estrogen seems fine, I need to research shgb numbers more. Can't really analyze them until my testosterone levels show up, I think?
I don't understand how you know these things if "Testing is still pending," but, anyway, are you a blood donor?

I've only donated blood once. In 2018 I had 3 transfusions after some massive accident induced blood loss and was anemic for a long time. Then I got mono(lol as a 25+yr old) and turned into a stick figure at 185lbs. Its been a long journey up and down.
