Hello, I'm about mid way through my first cycle, its simple and I stayed safe. This is a thread to share my experiences, talk about my supplier, talk about my gear, and about my gainz so far with a little photographic help. I'm just going to talk about every single aspect and update my experiences 2x a week with my pins. I am open to further advice but I think I've got most things nailed in.... so I'll start with my gear!
The Gear:
I am using 500 mg/wk of Test E for 10 weeks (well not quite, I have to do a little taper at the end so I can compete... better than with no test, I'll explain later in my workout section). Along with this on cycle I am using aromisin as an Ai. For pct, simple nolva clomid combo 3 weeks after last pin. I will include pictures of everything at the end!
The supplier:
I ordered from a domestic (to the us) UGL that I found on S.F by a friend's guidance. His lab is called Atlas Labs (different from the one that's not domestic, that has shit reviews). This man was extremely professional and helpful. He used some slang and abbreviation in the email. He used an anonymous email system that's beyond me. He helped instruct me how to use wu, since I was a noob, and after some problems on my end with my bank the transaction finally went through (my bank blocked it and closed and switched my accounts thinking my account was hacked, so it took a week for me to problem solve). After the payment was sent it took him 1 business day to get the package shipped after he picked up the payment. I will note it was cold during the shipping days, more on this a little later. So the package took just under a 7 business days to arrive, I was extremely happy with this!! It was shipped in a usps priority mail, everything was bubble wrapped and professionally put together. Since it was cold some crystals formed in my test vials, on the label it stated of you reheat and shake they dissolve. The man was professional and my total order was 2x test vials, 1x nolvadex package, and $7 shipping. Came out to 135 total. I picked up clomid last minute after I realized I needed it, and aromisin form a research company. So far this guy gets a 10/10
The workout plan:
This is pretty simple and to the point, I am on a collegiate swim team and I train 6 days a week, I swim 7k-12k yards per day sprint and distance days respectively. I weight lift 6x a days ideally. Normally I don't take a rest day. I split my lifts with chest, back abs
Shoulder,bi,tri,trap minor
Quad,hammie,calve, lower back.
I hit both 2x a week. I train by lifting right after my swim in the afternoon due to time constraints.
Diet:
I eat 5,000 up to 6,000 calories in a day, 240 grams of protein, 400-600 carbs, about 150 grams of fat. I eat 4-5 meals a day and take 2 protein shakes a day.
Supplementation:
I takebetween 5-7 grams of creatine daily, I take glutamine and glutamate before day and taurine in the morning. I also take 2 once daily vitamins because... well I can't explain it simply.
The cycle:
500mg/wk test e pinned Sunday morning and wed. Afternoon at 1mL per pin (250mg).
Aromisin 12.5 mg/eod
Nolvadex, clomid for pct 21 days after last pin
Week 1: 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 2: 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 3: 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 4: 20mg Nolva ED.
My experience:
So I am on the start of my fourth week. I started my cycle at 20 years old, 174 lbs, and 11% b.f. I am currently 184 lbs 5.3% b.f. so already I've halved my b.f and gained 10lbs of water/muscle. My blood pressure has elevated slightly, I forgot to take my aromisin for 4 days and my b.p jumped up to 138/90, but with steady dosage it stays right at 120/82, my normal b.p pre cycle was 110/70. Before my cycle I did NO cardio and tried to bulk as much as possible, in 6 months I went from 150 @3% b.f.-174 11% b.f. As far my speeds in the pool because I am competeting have already been improve greatly!!!! I'm hoping to make it to nationals this year. As far strength, minimal gain so far. In my biceps and triceps yes, chest for sure. It's been great. I have had no acne because I was on accutain for 6 months pregnant cycle so I can't get acne!
Lifts:
A little information, I did tear my rotator cuff and my labrum horrible, after a long and horrible recovery my shoulder is great but not 120%
Bench: 200×2 it would be higher, but it hurts my shoulder soooo much (precycle 155×4)
Squat 335x3 (pre cycle, 250x4)
Deadlift 300 (precycle 295)
Curls (with supination) 50x8 (pre cycle, 45x6)
Full body triceps dips 32 (pre cycle 18-20)
Pullups sets of 22 (pre cycle 15-17)
