First Cycle Log

Damn! You gents can synthesize some serious muscle! Of that 1.5lb per week gained do you know the percentage of lean mass/water/fat in that after your cycle? I’m really curious what other people’s experiences are with this?

Here’s my most recent and this is from a keto guy who sucks up carbs like a sponge once I’m above maintenance cals and over 300 grams carbs a day:

2.83 lbs total gained per week
Water 1 lbs per week (guessing on this)
Muscle 1.08 lbs week
Fat .77lbs week (guessing on this)

Once I’m done with the blast I drop bellow maintenance and shed water like a sponge with some fat. Then I slowly chip away at the remaining fat till I get back to 10% BF. Next run I’m going to start with Hctz and see if I can gain less water as that’s the most uncomfortable part for me.


For me 10 or so pounds will disappear within a couple days of cutting calories back. A few more will come off from cutting drugs back. The rest is fat and hopefully muscle. I’m on week 14 I think? And up 30 lbs. definitely added a good bit of fat but pants still fit so that’s good

Just an update. Coming onto my 4th week on 500 test. I can say I feel like I have hit steady blood levels. I feel absolutely normal as if I’m not on anything. Still stronger in the gym and lifting like even more of a animal but from the point of the “feels” I feel fine

That's absolutely normal. Just keep progressing. Be consistent with your diet.
 
8 week cycle update. Gains are good. Getting much stronger. Only sides I’m getting is mild acne on my back and a few spots on my chest. Hair growth is insane tho! Never had hair on my chest but now I do lol getting hair everywhere!
It's totally insane... I was always hairy but now I'm like a fucking wolf man. Even my upper arms are covered in hair.
 
If things are progressing well with no major issues, then there's really nothing to be afraid of and a first cycle is where lessons usually get learned so that subsequent cycles will go much better. Nice log, except for the Reddit trolls giving you rather crap advice or posting filler.

That's a good sign of a quality testosterone of bioidentical proportions. Do you mind disclosing what brand you're using?

I'm glad to hear you're making good gains on your first cycle. Using testosterone only was a good decision. Alot of guys like test only so much, they've cycled everything under the order list and end up back at square one where it started for their long term approaches. I see Test, and HGH being the most common protocol, sometimes with a little anadrol now and then. "Mark Lobliner" style I'd might refer to it as.

Week 8 is always when it’s damn noticeable. Looking forward I tend to even get a bit uncomfortable around week 12 of a bulk, it’s kinda like holly crap every muscle is just swole as shit. The #1 piece of advice is to keep your bulk clean, it’s the difference from looking like a Greek god vs a water buffalo from week 10-16. My nialistic urges always whisper “your on a bulk have as many rice cake PBJ Sammie’s as you want and don’t forget the kids candy you normally never eat”
A pile of shit later and my abs are gone and suddenly it’s an extra month of cutting!!!

I’m using QSC products. Funny I didn’t even know they had a thread on here. I got they’re email through a mate.
 
Did my last pin on 31st dec. starting Pct in 2 weeks decided to cut cycle early at 12 weeks due to running out of needles and not wanting to crack open another vial. 12 weeks is fair tho. Gained 30lbs! I’m pretty happy with that. Not sure if I have a little nip flare up or if it’s just fat. Got no lumps or sensitivity so I think it may be fat. But gonna get ready and either maintain or lean down while I’m off cycle to get ready for my next bulk in probably April. Thanks to everyone that has helped me with all the questions iv had and that have helped me along my journey. It’s been great!
