I appreciate you helping me out bro. Isn’t it better for more frequent pinning even for longer esters so you don’t get level spikes?
I have seen a handful of guys doing this, but they had specific reasons to. Seems like some had acne and a few higher E2 which was lessened by frequent pinning. I personally only see keeping spikes down is if you have symptoms caused from more frequent pins.

Majority of guys run C and E E3d without problems. I don't see a performance or noticable benefit outside of spiking causing issues. I could be wrong, and would love to hear personal experience from guys who notice a big difference.

Yea I’m pretty much doing it to avoid those side effects caused by pinning less frequently. I don’t mind pinning for frequent aswell
 
1 week and 1 day in I think my nipples are starting to get abit sore. Only noticed today when I press down on them they hurt abit. Not too noticeable. No lumps or anything. Can’t say I properly feel the test yet. Should I start aromasin or take some nolva? Or leave it for now? I was hoping to get bloods in about a week or 2 but should I get some now? Don’t want to crash my e2 and over do it.

Everybody is freaked out when they first start and thinking they are going to grow boobs. I remember being the same my first time around. I now rarely run an AI at all. Still no boobs.

Hahah yea that does worry me. Was just making sure. My nipples arnt that sore but it’s definitely changed I’ll keep this thread updated if I have any questions
 
So what did you decide to do for your cycle that you already started (sorry, I could not tell, you were back and forth about your plans on the previous pages), and are you going to post what you are eating in this log and anything about your training?
 
I’m doing 75mg ed test e so 525 a week and I’m only going to post my cycle journey here. I keep all my macros and training in a book.
 
2 week cycle update. Haven’t gotten bloods done yet, I have the referral but no time to get them. Nips arnt really sore to the point where they effect anything still the same light soreness when I push down on them. Have not used AI or nolva yet because I don’t think I need it just yet. Anyone have any input on this? Could use you guys in sight..

Eat and train like your life depends on it.

It's a cliche, but everybody is different. I have a high sensitivity to estrogen, and I developed a bit of boobs during puberty. Additionally, my boobs grew a bit when I increased my natural testosterone levels to 1100 ng/dL..

I don’t really ever touch them. Only to see if they still are abit sore mabey once every few days. But since I stopped stressing about it the soreness reduced a little bit.
When I got nipple soreness my estrogen was at about 103. What really cripples me though is high blood pressure.
I check my bp everyday it’s always in range

Yea I track using a book. I can’t find an app that is fully accurate with calories due to brands of food and all that stuff. And yes I’m not expecting to blow up by just doing one cycle. Mabey if I added tren then I probably would lol but it’s just test, I’ll be happy with the gain I get. But with my calories because of my work I devide my meals up into 4 big meals instead of 6 but it works for me. My source is highly trusted even by you guys lol I didn’t even know they had a thread on here till after I joined. I got their contact off one of my mates. But I will be getting regular blood work anyway just so I can know what’s going on. Mabey every 3 weeks or so.
One really important thing is the maximum absorption and utilization of protein per serving. Just google it, I’m barley covering it but It’s about 40 grams per meal and this is the reason you see so many 5-6 meal plans per day during bulking or added shakes. You will absorb that protein from 4 meals but the utilization isn’t ideal.

Some guys make their own meal replacement shakes. Chicken breast shakes are apparently alright but I haven't tried it. At first glance it's gnarly but it's just chicken soup minus the salty broth. You can throw rice in there too. Just shake it up before each sip. I'm assuming you have time to drink while you're working.
