So I had something come and did a light shoulder and bicep workout. New PR for barbell military presses to the rear and front. Still have some minor PIP but nothing major. Not feeling the HCG yet.
Weight is now at 211.5. Sleep is not doing so well but I'm willing to accept that for the Great gains.
