First cycle. Please critique

I can do elliptical but am limited with some bad arthritis and a torn acl and meniscus. I'll eat more but try to keep majority of carbs to pre workout. I'm thinking about keeping a log. Just don't want to promise anything

Yeah hit that elliptical especially with your knee issues. You should keep a log even if it is for just yourself.
 
So end of week one. Pinned twice. First in the Glute and second in the quad. No new records to report. Taking in more food so weight is up three pounds.

Quad hurts from injection site. Didn't feel it in the glute at all. No sides to report at all.

I was able to get a hold of some dbol. Was wondering if I should try this at the end of cycle. Why end of cycle? Since this is my first cycle I am guessing that by the end of week 7 of a 10 week cycle I'll know how my body is going to react.

For now though, just the 500 mg's of test a week and 50 mg's of Anavar. I'll stop the Anavar at week 6.

Any opinions on this?

Thanks for the reply. Do you think if I dropped the var and went with the dbol for the middle of the cycle I'd keep some of the gains since my base is Test?
 
End of week. Up three pounds. Endurance sucked last week. No acne, sex drive up a bit. No new strength gains.
 
Tao, maybe I missed it but who's gear are you running.
If your gear is good and you hit it hard in the gym your waist shouldn't grow.
My waist shrank while everything else got bigger :) but like you I don't eat enough and limited IMO the gains I could of had.

Thanks for the reply. I went to the local provider at my gym although I did check with a couple of people who have sampled his products. I think next time I'm going to go to the doctor right before I start my PCT so I can do pharma grade.

I did notice my balls got a little smaller but my sex drive is up.

I started getting in more protein so we will see. I really want to try this dbol but want to see what the Test E does first
 
Close to end of the week. Up another 3 pounds and leaning out a little. No PR's to speak of although I don't do 1RM's. Endurance seems a little better and I've been told I'm a little fuller.

I'll measure toward the end of my cycle.

You're gonna have to eat a lot more than that!!

I agree 100 percent, you need to eat allot allot more. Shakes are good but your going to need real food, you will no what we mean when it feels like your stomach is trying to eat its self. You are going to be HUNGRY ALL THE TIME LOL but everything else looks on point for what you are trying to achieve. keep us posted.

what is exactly your goal, be big and strong or break threw a platue, or get a beach body there are allot of ways to reach what you are trying to do. if you give us what exactly your going for than we can give you better advice brother!!1

Mostly size. The 500 mgs a week has given me 3/4 inch gain on my arms for instance. Bench endurance is up and weight is up. Since it's my first cycle, I wasn't sure what it would do to increast the test for the last 5 weeks. So far, besides the sensitive nips, I have no other negative sides.

can i ask how old you are and how long you have been lifting consistently that plays a huge factor on gains. example if your 22 and not hit the wall yet and been 198 pounds for 3 years no matter what you do than you see huge gains because your natural muscle is tapped out we call that the sticking point i am a firm believer in you should not use until this happens i am not judging i am just giving you my advice. now if you are at this point and it is your first cycle you have to remember test does not get working for like 3 weeks that is why people get all disappointed and are like wtf man whats going on, i have actully seen guys and woman get bigger three weeks after there last pin because the test stays with you so what is your scenario.
