First cycle. Please critique

can i ask how old you are and how long you have been lifting consistently that plays a huge factor on gains. example if your 22 and not hit the wall yet and been 198 pounds for 3 years no matter what you do than you see huge gains because your natural muscle is tapped out we call that the sticking point i am a firm believer in you should not use until this happens i am not judging i am just giving you my advice. now if you are at this point and it is your first cycle you have to remember test does not get working for like 3 weeks that is why people get all disappointed and are like wtf man whats going on, i have actully seen guys and woman get bigger three weeks after there last pin because the test stays with you so what is your scenario.

I'm 35. I've been lifting on and off since I was 14. Been more serious the last three years. I'm on my 5th week of my first cycle and have seen the test definitely kick in as my arms are up 3/4 inches. My weight has gone from around 195 lbs to 209 lbs and bench and squat are up and endurance at heavy weight for me is up.
 
Mostly size. The 500 mgs a week has given me 3/4 inch gain on my arms for instance. Bench endurance is up and weight is up. Since it's my first cycle, I wasn't sure what it would do to increast the test for the last 5 weeks. So far, besides the sensitive nips, I have no other negative sides.

also i see you are running my favorite supp var, powerlifter love this because it allows us to get huge strength gains without going up a weight class so the gains are lean and dry that is why your strength is up an endurance i use it to end my cycle to keep most f my gains and strength called bridging along with my pct

are you doing a 12 week cycle if so run the test 500 you will see bigger gains next time run deca with it deca is a cattilist for test when put together the combo is great that would have been a great first cycle you would be about 219 by now but eat as much as you can even if your not hungry eat you have to eat to get big brother upping your test on your first cycle my opinion dont do it you have virgen receptors just keep doing what your doing next cycle run 50 mg d-bol for 4 weeks on week three start 600 mg of test and 300 mg of deca a week run that for 12 weeks you will be a beast, around the tenth week start running var and continue that for 4 weeks 50 mg a day than pct you will be more than happy. but dont be impatient your fine sit back and enjoy the ride :D
 
Stick with 500mg a week. Like WorldChamp said its gunna take a few weeks to kick in. My buddy was asking me the same thing" shud I bump to 750 or 800!?" Leave it at 500mg and you'll see solid results. Also don't be afraid to eat. 200mcg of clen is insanity btw. I'm shaking at 80mcg...

ya agree also clen is a cutting supp so if you where looking to get cranked first cycle should have been the big three TEST,DECA,DBOL:)

I've definitely increased my protein. As I've talked to people around here and other places I've been warned about how suppressive deca can be which is making me question using it for my second cycle.

Right now I'm set up for 10 week cycle but could easily go to a 12 week cycle

I'm no longer on the clen. I guess it didn't bother me too much.

The reason I ask about the 750 mgs of test is that 500 isn't really doing anything negative after 5 weeks and I'm up 15 lbs or so. So I figured I might get a little more out of the 750 mgs for the last 5 to 7 weeks versus 500 mgs

all you will do is flood your receptors and piss it out stat at 500 and deca is a must you just need half ratio to test so 500 mg of test 250 mg once a week deca you will feel allot better and you will see more gains people that have no libido are running deca wrong if your test is good to go onlything that will happen is your strength will go up your weight will go up and your joints will not hurt thats it deca is a staple in any cycle for bulking ask the bodybuilders

So what about after I go off cycel. I'm hearing alot about suppression from the deca. A trusted source suggested NPP. What are your thoughts?
 
LATEST UPDATE:

Weight is up to 211. Arms are 17.5" cold. Flat benched 370 for three reps. Libido is good. Besides a tiny bit of nipple sensitivity there are still no other negative sides. Taking a light dose of letro E3D and it is helping.
 
I don't know what the hell happened over the weekend. I lifted on Saturday, shoulders and arms. Kept the calories up and all. Went to the gym tonight and was able to rep 315 on incline for 6 which is definitely a new PR. I think people are starting to suspect. Oh well, I'll own it if they ask.

I'm going to start running PEP's test prop on top of me Test E. I'm expecting to get a little libido enhancement and hopefully a feeling of well being, maybe some negative sides as well.

The little bit of nipple sensitivity is gone so the letro did its job.

If anyone has ideas on the weight or anything else I may feel from the Prop please let me know. I pin Test E Sunday morning and Wednesday eveneing and will hit the Prop up on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday unless someone can give me a better way.
 
Just pinned my first ml of PEP's Test Prop. Smooth as butter. I guess we will see if there is PIP tomorrow. I've got a little head rush and euphoria. Could be me or it is this stuff. More to come

I have never used Letro, but I read that it will dry you up. You could easily lose that much weight from the elimination of water.

Wow, if that's true then the shit I've got is no joke. It makes sense though. My nipples are a little itchy after showering.

I've taken 4 doses of letro at .625 mgs a little more than E3D. Thank you for the heads up Gunz. That definetely fits.

Roger that. I'm going to try moving it .5 mgs once a week. I have no puffiness, water retention, or oily skin. I appreciate it. Hopefully my weight will come up. If not, oh well, the amount of weight I'm moving is pretty awesome!:)

Yup, you'll be very, very sorry if you Crash your E2. Nothing like being all jacked up with chicks wanting you, and all you can offer is a wet noodle.
