First cycle. Please critique

Yo Tao, Late on this thread, but let me know how you like the new NPP and Prop cycle. As far as PCT goes. My staple usually is:
CLOMID- 100/75/50/50
NOLVA - 20/20/10/10
HCG - depending on the cycle
LETRO - for sudden gyno/estro increase.

Thanks Willy. I've used the letro with success and am hitting hcg twice a week for 250 each pin. My pct is close but I'm going to run nolva for 40/40/20/20.

Alright bro,

I went ahead and weighed my self. I came in at 209.5. Not quite at the 214 but I've got until the end of the week.

Chest and Triceps today. Killed it. I think for the next week I'm going to add the 1am protein shake and see how that goes. Sounds like a shitty time but hey we gotta get in where we get in!

1am is a whole lot better!

209 is super nice man so don't be discouraged! I would kill for that weight!

I would kill for your abs. Its a trade off. I'm already looking forward to my next cycle. I waant to seewhat deca will do

I do too!

I plan on using some deca too to pack on that size, because abs are overrated. I don't walk around with my shirt off like college lol.

Shoulders and traps you can see through clothes though!
 
Almost time for last pin...

So I decided to crush myself at the gym. Everything is sore but the strength and endurance is still going strong. Got 285 for 8 on bent over BB rows which was a first for me. This middle of the night shake though is for the birds. Still, I'll continue to do it.

Had another issue which I'm not going to go into great deal about but I'd like to say thank you to 1forthegeeks, fit2beking, luckyduck, biggerben, and Millard. You guys helped me out and gave me a way to vent some of my paranoia.

Tomorrow is legs. I have a feeling I'm going to be walking like an anal virgin after prom night.

I can do elliptical but am limited with some bad arthritis and a torn acl and meniscus. I'll eat more but try to keep majority of carbs to pre workout. I'm thinking about keeping a log. Just don't want to promise anything

I feel your pain, my ACL in my right knee is completely torn. When it comes to cardio...i just lift weights faster :D speed bags and weighted shadow boxing also kicks ass, definetly keeping stress away from the knee...you are gonna want to bounce with some footwork though

Leg day... I hate leg day... Had a good one though so I can't be too whinny... Weight is up to 212. Tomorrow is my last pin.

I'm thinking about cutting my carbs and calories down a little and am starting creatine. I'm hoping it'll help a little until I start PCT. If anybody has suggestions please feel free to post them. I was also wondering if I can take anavar until pct.

My weekend was full of traveling so I didn't get to eat like I normally do. Weight is at 210
