Ok here goes. 6-1 210 35yrs old. Been lifting for 5plus years. Trying to bulk.
Got from a ugl

1-12 250mg test e 2x week
Have aromasin on hand in case.
14 days after last pin start pct with clomid 100-100-50-50 and novalex 40-40-20-20
I'm eating about 4000-4500 calories a day, I keep track with an app for I phone. I'm getting about 350-400 grams of protein and about 300 carbs and 150 fat give or take. I started German volume training when I started my cycle yesterday. Any suggestions would be helpful. I didn't get bloods done bf, my bad, but I am at week 4 from my doc.
 
Yes I am. I forgot to put im about 12%-15%bf I'm going to take a beginning pick tonight when I get off work and update it on here so I can see my progress.
 
It's been about a week since first pin. Idk if it's in my head but I think my nipples are getting bigger. I'm going to start .25 ar. Eod definetly felt better all week. More confidence, lifting more n harder, general feeling of well being lol I think it's more placebo effect than anything. If anyone has any suggestions about my nips let me know lol. I don't know if it's to early for the signs to show or not.
 
I think is to early to get gyno symptoms . Personal experience for me was up to 4 week that's when sensitive nipples started..Unless you are pretty sensitive to estro.
Keep dosing aromasin lets us now any change .

It is in your head bro, I do not remember if you are running adex or aromasin. If it is adex be careful as it will crush your estrogen.... be careful and have fun
 
I did start taking it. Started my 2nd week Monday and weighted myself yesterday, up to 225, i know a lot is water weight but I look bigger and feel stronger after only a week which I'm sure is placebo bc a lot of people say you don't start feeling test until at least the 3-4 week. I'll post pic later
 
Definetly feel stronger thru my 2nd week. Been doing GVT and I'm sore after every workout and have been pushing myself harder every workout. I can't wait for week 3-4 to see where I'm at. My current best on bench is 220 for 4 times which isn't a lot but I lift by myself and have no spotter which sucks. Figured I'd try after week 4 and see where I'm at on bench. My diet has been on track since I started this which is awesome bc it's what has held me back for along time, that and alcohol which I am no sober for 28 days. Go me lol
