First DNP Cycle Log

Hey guys! I'm new to the community so I thought I'd contribute some insight on DNP.

Little backstory, I'm 5'10" and used to weigh 305 lbs. I cut down to 188 with diet and mild cardio. I heard about DNP from a few people who have used it and thought I'd give it a shot. I did a ton of research on it and I'm pretty confident that I should yield some good results. My plan is to do a 3 week cycle at 500mg throughout. Hoping to get down to 165 or so for summer.

My supplements include a multivitamin, fishoil, vitamin C @ 4/5g per day, vitamin E @ 400iu per day, plenty of water, antioxidants, and electrolytes. My diet regimen is 1,500 calories per day consisting of high carb, high protein, and low fat. I'm also going to be doing light cardio for 30-40 minutes a day. I'm currently on day 3. The first day was 1 cap @ 250mg crystalline. The second day I bumped it up to 500mg 12 hours apart which is also what I did for day 3. So far, I haven't had any noteworthy sides besides getting sweaty after eating.

Well, that's about it so far. If you guys have any suggestions, please feel free. I'm always open to constructive criticism.

Yes. I'm quite aware of the dangers going in. I've actually watched that particular video multiple times. Thank you for your concern though! That video made me realize that I'm not dealing with some over-the-counter fat burner. Definitely dangerous stuff.

Just like with aas use, if you think the benefits out weigh the costs and you can make an informed adult decision then go for it

Exactly! That's why I spent countless hours researching the effects, sides, do's and dont's, and proper supplementation. I got mine from a very reputable source also. Thank you for the feedback! Hopefully all goes well.
 
Typically what happens is that when someone starts a DNP log, it is kept a few day maybe even a week. Then the person dies and leaves a tearful hole in any Meso soul. I can count numerous such deaths the last weeks.

Not to mention those who die even before they manage to start a log. I can't count them. Because they die before they start a log. Innit.

Anyways, DNP is a harsh, brutal horrible diet drug. The worst there is in terms of sides. Try cutting yourself open after a few days of use and your intestine, liver, loins, throat all are covered in yellow toxic gunk.

So that's why I read a ton of logs where the guy just disappears out of the blue and never actually finishes. Let's hope I can be the one to break the vicious cycle.
At least yellow is a nice change of pace from the boring red/pink color. I got pretty bored of that look anyway.
 
Good luck. The shit works. But it feeds you a giant bag of dicks while it's doing so. Not worth it for me.

High dose tren, low dose food, and an hour and a half of cardio a day is much more enjoyable, nearly as fast, and you actually look and feel decent while on.

I agree! Thankfully, it seems that I'm a lucky one that doesn't feel too many of the side effects. I've actually never seen the inside of a gym in my life, so I wanted to cut down with DNP and go from there just to see what my natural lean body mass is and then start hitting the gym by the beginning of summer.

If anyone's curious, I can probably get some before and after pictures.

I've actually never seen the inside of a gym in my life, so I wanted to cut down with DNP and go from there just to see what my natural lean body mass is and then start hitting the gym by the beginning of summer.

Really? What type of workouts do u do than
 
DNP is hell. I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you need to cut by a deadline and you're behind for a show. It was horrible but It did its job very well.

I thought you did your research before starting? "bumping" up to 500mg on the 2nd day is a no-no! You should give it 5-7 days before increasing the amount.. Because when that shit hits.. you're going to wish for death!

I knew I would get this response. I did my research and noticed that a lot of people like to front load with 500-750mg. I'm currently on day 4 of 500mg and haven't felt a single side effect outside of getting pretty sweaty after eating a ton of carbs. No problems with heat as of yet.

I don't know where you read from bud.. but hardly anyone "front-load" DNP! @Docd187123 has ton of experience on this. I am not saying it's bad or you shouldn't take it. But just because you haven't felt the sides doesn't mean it not building up in your body.. Just stay safe and don't rush!

I agree! It's definitely working and I don't plan on surpassing 500mg. What I was really afraid of was a possible allergic reaction. So far so good in that aspect.

You're right, you do not front load dnp especially on your first run. Some people have very bad allergic reactions to it and you won't know if you get it until you run it for a few days. Even then it can come later in the cycle or even Come after a few cycles.

Ah. Although I didn't frontload, I did jump to 500mg rather quickly. Definitely a hasty decision on my part. Fortunately, I haven't had any negative effects thus far. Thanks for all the feedback, guys!
