Interesting. The guys I asked in person put me at 17-20 and some even less, but I can never get an accurate reading without a proper test. We'll see how I look after the second run. Might give us some more clarity.
It might be the loose skin fooling me but if I were to hazard a guess I'd say a bit more than 20%

Yeah the loose skin has me pretty depressed. That's what I get for losing 140 lbs! I'm seriously hoping that it tightens up over time because I'm really not looking to go under the knife.

I'm sorry to say it's not very common to be able to tighten it back up from what I've read. Might be able to get some lotions to try but don't get your hopes up, do a little research though man who knows.
I am trying to remember who it is that's going under the knife to get it fixed right now... I'll tag them when I remember who it is.

I'm just happy that it's not bad at all. Just a small pouch where my gut was, but I have a hunch that when I shed the rest of the fat that's weighing it down, it should look a lot better.

If you have insurance-you can have them pay for your surgery.. The key is to tell your provider that living a healthy lifestyle and after losing 140lb the excess skins is causing skin rash and bumps (by them rubbing on each other). You want to word that it's a medical condition and NOT a cosmetic (I don't like my hanging skin or it doesn't make me look good) reasons.

Bro, how much did You lose the last few days as the water came off, aka how much was water weight ?

Can't say for certain, but I went from 170-167 in about 2 days. I didn't use my scale until I was 170, so I can't even guess what I weighed last Friday. I DO know that there was 1 day where I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes which is when I ended up at 167.

I thought I lost maybe 10-15 lbs right after I came off and then the water flushed out and I swear I had at least 5 people tell me that I look like a different person. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe pretty much. Pants were falling off and I was swimming in my old shirts. Couldn't be more happy.
