First DNP Cycle Log

Have you tried doing cardio on it mate ... I forgot the science behind it, but bottom line is you burn 3 or 4 times as much calories doing cardio with DNP than without. D
 
Yes, actually. I've tried doing very very mild cardio for 20-30 minutes a day. Haven't been doing it everyday, but on the days where I'm feeling particularly good, I usually don't have an issue.
 
Try doing a cardio bonanza one day and take that DNP to new heights. People has woken up to a popping sixpack on DNP, it holds a lot of secrets ...
 
Interesting! If I do another round of dnp, I'll definitely give that a shot. Fingers crossed that I can just get it out of the way this time around, but there's always a possibility. Thanks for the tip!
 
Day 16 @ 500mg:
Had the best day I've had in a while yesterday! Down a shirt size and got some pants that I never thought I'd be able to fit into. Scored a date with a girl I when I was checking out too! So I had a small binge again, but I'll definitely excuse that. Sides were minimum (I was afraid that I was going to be a sweaty mess that night). Thankfully, everything went well and I didn't come off as some weirdo on drugs. So all in all, a great day!
 
Haha, i can see that concern sitting There like a smelly perv dripping of sweat. Hilarious . Makes me wonder how one would pull off any horizontal activities. My penile department seems to end up like a shriveled, stinking thing not even capable of pissing straight lol. I need to sit and piss like a woman on DNP. True story.

Oh yeah. I wouldn't have the endurance to pull that off so I just set it up in such a way that wouldn't give me the opportunity. Worked flawlessly lol
 
Day 17 @ 500mg:
Got hit HARD by night sweats last night. I'd have to go to my bathroom and towel off every time I woke up last night. I was alternating between my bed and my couch to give the other one a chance to dry off. Also, I woke up with a TON of energy and that wore off pretty quickly. I'm just counting down the days at this point. Pretty annoying. Just thinking about another run of it in 2 weeks has me pretty bummed already. It's the price I have to pay I guess!
 
Day 18 @ 500mg:
Nothing special to say. I've been hanging out a lot so the diet hasn't been on point... I'm really kicking myself because the first 2 weeks went so well.
 
Day 19 @ 500mg:
Slept for about 15 hours last night. Out of that, I woke up about 10 times just soaked in sweat. Nasty stuff. Honestly, if I wasn't done in 2 days, I probably would have quit after that.
 
You probably want to avoid cardio,sauna, or steam room.. it's not good rising your internal temp up while on DNP...your ticker might decide to quit from being overstress...
 
Agree with the steam room, but one of the beauties of the compound is that it increases energy churn when doing cardio. 300 cals burnt turns to 900 on DNP etc. Sounds very scary for those knowitalls who are trying to give advice on a compound they've never tried themselves....

Do you not get hot while doing cardio? Do you not get hot from DNP? Do you think it's good practice to exacerbate being hot from DNP with added cardio? Sure you can but DNP is going to strip fat off of you regardless of cardio right?
 
During off season I've used DNP for 7 days at a time while doing a deload. Basically, I could have a week of eating shit, not workout hard and lose fat. Even doing easy deload training was hard to do. But it fukin worked.

I've never used it precontest because I'm on so much other shit I'm reluctant to add that in.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. You should quit making dnp recommendations before you get someone hurt.
 
I agree with @Docd187123 Doing cardio on DNP consisted of easy walks at 3mph while huffing puffing and sweating.

This is exactly what I wanted to say however, I had a feeling I could expect you back to say it.

Agree with both of you. Dnp is so fucking effective on its own there's no need for cardio. Plus, the temps are climbing and dnp causes hyperthermia on its own without cardio raising body temps. It's a stupid idea to do any serious cardio while on it.
 
LISS, kept to less than 30m per day. Just my opinion. No point to going crazy. Lot of broscientific anecdote that too much will increase catabolism. Don't know how much stock I would put in that shit though.

Cardio was still perfectly manageable for me. My lifting performance suffered more while on it.

I actually found that it helped with the heat post cardio. At least until eating. I was doing afternoon cardio just so I could catch a nap without changing sheets. Best hour of sleep I'd get all day.
