First DNP Cycle Log

Are you taking ephedrine, caffeine or testosterone... I know all of these things plus Vitamin C usually help out alot while down in the dumps on D.... Plus a small gulp of honey here and there...
This is actually my first time using any sort of 'aid' I guess you can say. The closest I got in the past was some caffeine tablets like a year ago just so I can stay awake working overnight shifts.
At this point, I do drink a ton of black coffee for what it's worth.
Anyway, I took some night time cold medicine last night and I woke up feeling a lot better. Still soaking sheets, but I have a lot more energy so far today. Until last night, I didn't even think of the possibility that I caught a cold. I guess I just figured it was a side effect from DNP. I'm kicking myself now, but at least it's pretty much cleared up at this point.

Damn, dnp is the pits. I love to feel super good. I couldn't imagine running it stand alone... Power-On Buckmaster

It really isn't as bad as a lot of people make it seem. I'd even go as far as to say that the cold symptoms make me more miserable than the DNP! I guess what really helps is that I'm working from home during this cycle, so I can pretty much relax all day. That's why I figured this was a perfect time to do it. Not too warm and not too cold and I can basically tailor my lifestyle accordingly.

Day 13 @ 500mg:
The cold is finally gone! Instead of soaking my sheets at night, I just woke up with a light coat of sweat which is a relief. I couldn't imagine dealing with that for the next week or so. I had a refeed yesterday at maintenance (2500 calories or so). Hopefully, I have no more complications and I can just cruise through this week. Despite the sides, the first 2 weeks just flew by. Definitely looking forward to seeing my results at the end. Thanks for all the support guys!

Haha! I didn't plan on posting pictures until a few days after the cycle, however I could definitely post some mid cycle progress pictures if you guys are interested.

Only if you have manboobs mate, lol. Jk, go ahead, post them pictures, make us jealous, you skinny baloo :)

Safe, D

Well, I definitely did have some manboobs when I started not going to lie! That's actually where I saw a majority of the fat loss. Keep in mind that I have lost a ton of weight so my skin just isn't tight like it should be, so that might be visually deceiving. I'll get some pictures up in 15-20 minutes.

This was probably 2 weeks pre-cycle. Weight was roughly 193-195 @ 5'10

This was actually yesterday. I have no clue what the weight is. Still haven't stepped on the scale. The reason I was pinching my skin was to see if a buddy of mine could give me a rough estimate on my BF%.

Yeah my bathroom is a mess haha I do a monthly reorganization, but it's back to the mess after one day anyway.

Day 14 @ 500mg:
Just 1 week left! I really can't believe how fast this is going. Not only has the first 2 weeks gone by fast, but the fat loss is like nothing I've ever seen before. I've seen better results in these 2 weeks than I've seen in the past 3 months of cutting with diet and exercise. Loving the results! Hopefully I can just cruise through this week.

It's good you're not experiencing horrible side effects from DNP but to say "it's really not as bad as people make it seem" isn't really a fair statement to put out in the open - DNP has killed people and that's why it has a negative following.

I'd say the hype surrounding how bad DNP can be is accurate and shouldn't be downplayed just because you personally aren't experiencing a ton of sides.

Right. I see where you're coming from. People get their hands on it with no prior research other than "This stuff burns fat really fast" and they end up taking over a gram. I wouldn't say that's the drug's fault. That's just ignorance by the user and the media (like usual) twists this kind of stuff to make it seem like the next Antichrist. Now, I'm not saying that EVERYONE can use it. Some people just can't take this stuff without severe side effects. But, again, that goes for anything else. Some people can't eat peanut butter, some can't eat apples, some can't eat fish. Should we demonize those products too? Of course not.

Bottom line, if someone decides to use this stuff, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Don't pop 12 caps and expect everything to be alright. Peoples' tolerances differ and some simply can't use it. But for the ignorant ones who took it without research and ended up dying, well.... That's just natural selection taking its course.

Lol no you're right we shouldn't demonize them. But these are foods that the vast majority of humans are able to eat with no adverse effects. DNP isnt food it's a chemical dye, wood preservative, used in explosives and a scary effective diet pill. I do understand your point but it really has no comparison to a food allergy IMO.

If the media were to say that this substance is dangerous with no evidence to back it up then yes, the information gets twisted. Except this substance is dangerous and we know it because people have died from using it. I think it's a good thing when the media reports on the real dangers of this drug so people are less ignorant to it's consequences. It would be irresponsible for the media to add that DNP "can be used safely when used responsibly" when concluding a news report on a 23 year old that died from being internally cooked alive.

But for the ignorant ones who took it without research and ended up dying, well.... That's just natural selection taking its course.

Just because someone is ignorant in using something like DNP doesnt really mean we should chalk it up to stupidity and natural selection. I know one of the articles I posted was about a young girl that had died who was a med school student. The reason she was ignorant?? Probably due to the fact she suffered from an eating disorder. I would assume that many of the individuals who die from DNP use are those that suffer from eating disorders.

Just want to also note, I'm not trying to slam you for using DNP out anything, I just like discussing it's use since it's controversial. I do get concerned when it's use is made to sound like it's not really a big deal though... Hope things continue on the right track for you.

Typically what happens is that when someone starts a DNP log, it is kept a few day maybe even a week. Then the person dies and leaves a tearful hole in any Meso soul. I can count numerous such deaths the last weeks.

Not to mention those who die even before they manage to start a log. I can't count them. Because they die before they start a log. Innit.

Anyways, DNP is a harsh, brutal horrible diet drug. The worst there is in terms of sides. Try cutting yourself open after a few days of use and your intestine, liver, loins, throat all are covered in yellow toxic gunk.

Haha I like having discussions like this! But yeah, I guess my main point is that, if you're smart and take necessary precautions, you could GREATLY lower your chances of hurting yourself. That's not to say that it's a completely safe substance. If everyone would just gather some knowledge and be honest about how it's affecting them, I don't think that DNP would have such a negative stigma. After all, you are ingesting a substance that really shouldn't be there at all. Just be smart about it and you have a good chance of walking away unscathed.

I was mainly sweating profusely when I had the cold. Since the cold has subsided, the sweating has really calmed down. If I had a shirt on and took it off, it would feel as if I jumped in a pool before taking it off. It was getting pretty bad. I'm happy that's over!

Day 15 @ 500mg:
Easy day! Actually went to the store to buy some smaller clothes. Definitely a great feeling. Went from a size XXL (yuck!) to a medium! Even as a child, I wasn't a medium. Best years of my life right here! Sorry, went off on a tangent. It was a relatively cool day so the heat and sweating weren't too bad. I went to sleep and didn't have too bad of a night. Woke up twice or so and went to dry off and fell right back to sleep. HOWEVER..... I did have a bit of a binge day. I ate probably a little ABOVE maintenance. I'm not too crushed about it since I only had 2 binge days in nearly 3 weeks, but I still feel like I'm hindering my progress. I'll get back on track!
