I am not going to start this response off by telling you to shove your heads back up your asshole. I have a point to make, read on.

Both of you have had all the chances in the world to be negative to DNP throughout this thread and you've kept your loser mouths shut. Until I jump in and suggest cardio on DNP. Much like ISIS or the Nazis, based on some primal reason founded in insanity, you follow suit and find out that my comment is outrageous. How dare I suggest cardio on DNP - I "should quit making dnp recommendations before I get someone hurt".

The two of you have something else in common with ISIS and the Nazis: Both of you have taken a stance based on some idiots' opinion, not based on your own intelligent decision, but on some idiots' opinion and you have found out that a fan of DNP is an enemy of you. Like the nazis with the jews. Or the rest of the western world with the ISIS. Fucking preconceived idiots, all of you.

The truth is that DNP is the magic pill, the magic compound that you can pop and lose weight. The truth is also that because of its ridiculous sides, someone has decided that society in general should not take DNP, and just like Hitler and al-Baghdadi, started to spread a campaign that only fools would click on to.

The truth is that more people are killed BY CUCUMBERS than DNP each year. There is the occasional idiot, I admit, and the occasional idiot will always be there, but look at OP - he has taken a sound stance, a sound daily dose and is getting a sound yield on his journey.

The two preconceived idiots of Doc and Eman, though, in your world, sound doesn't exist. Better listen to stigma, right, why take a sound stance when you can listen to someone else's idiot rap.

What I suggested to OP, was to add cardio to his DNP, not to kill himself, but to enhance its effect in a safe manner. He can even reduce the dose of DNP getting less side adding cardio with a better effect.

But the two of you fools will never see a point like that because your stigmagoggles blind you.

Now back to my opening comment. I wasn't going to start my response by asking you to shove your heads back up your asshole because I now have given you a choice.

Doc is actually pretty cool with DNP use... I would go so far to say a proponent of it but I could be pushing it there.

I personally am not however, and you put a lot of words in my mouth that are untrue and based on some pretty wild and interesting assumptions.

The only problem I have with DNP is people like you saying things that others will read and take as the gospel and possibly hurt themselves... But fuck it, DNP if safer than eating a cucumber apparently what do I know.

I don't take issue with you recommending cardio, I have issue with you recommending a "cardio bonanza day" and whatever bullshit you spouted off about 300 calories burned is 900 on dnp. Obviously you're too stupid to realize how preposterous those statements are but Eman did community service in trying to educate you. What he did is akin to serving food at the Dorothy Day soup kitchen.

Anyway, I checked and low and behold I still have only one asshole. I think you confused you tearing up your own asshole with your misguided statements with that of ours. Mine remains unscathed whike you just fileted yours like a sushi chef.

And just to make myself feel a teeny bit better:

Hey guys! Sorry for no update yesterday. Anyway, I'm off now. Slept through the whole night without waking up drenched! It felt great and I woke up feeling like a million bucks. Give me 2-3 more days to drop the rest of the water and I'll get some after pictures. From what I see so far, I made some huge changes. Just eyeballing it, I'd say I lost 20-23 lbs. I'll hop on the scale and get a better idea of my results. Can't even begin to describe how good it feels to finally be done! The last week DRAGGED.

You got it eman, that's the thing. In the US last year, there were 3 deaths by cucumber. Since 1931, in contrast, there has been 34 deaths by DNP.

Isn't it funny how media and big brother have taken a tiny little issue and blown it way out of its proportions when actually DNP is quite safe to take when taken in sane amounts and under sane conditions. 3 deaths by cucumber in 2015. 34 deaths since 1931 by DNP. o_O

Now back to doc, absolutely clueless. I thought at least he would be a doctor graduated on the school of google, but he doesn't even have the basic knowledge from keying things into the seach field. O M G what a twat.

What DNP does, much like running your car with the clutch halfways down, is that it makes this process less efficient.

When you sit still on DNP, you can burn up to 50% more calories than if you were not doing it. The moment you stand up and do activities, the inefficiency to which your body converts and reconverts energy is increased ... exponentially, not in a linear fashion. Hence, you can go for a 300 cal run and rip through 900 calories, because your clutch is halfways down. Everybody knows that. Even google.

So there. Now eman, I respect your advice on aaS, and I am sure you are a much sounder chap than the witchdoctor. I disagree with your opinion and I don't need to agree with you, but I think meso deserves some other facets of the DNP story than that its the drug from hell. Because its not.

For the same reason many vets do not disclose slin protocol, DNP use should be spoken about carefully. It was my point in the original post to you, DNP CAN be dangerous - do not make it sound like no big deal to others who may read your words.

I have nothing against dnp and have used it myself. I have issue, as I've stated three times now, with your cardio bonanza day bc that is retarded as are you.

You have no idea how much dnp increases metabolic rate as evidenced by your 50% figure, you have no idea how weight and dnp works based on your 300 and 900 numbers (again), you have no idea at which point body temp wise toxicity and hyperthermia begins to become a serious issue, you have no idea of what dose of amount of cardio would be sufficient for OP to reach this toxic body temp point (some can reach it at 250mg/day with no cardio), you failed to warn OP about this point, and you're a complete and utter moron.

Please come back when your IQ reaches 2 significant digits. Thank you for playing.

I definitely didn't expect such a crazy debate! I'll play the middle here and pretty much stay out of it.

Thought I'd post a little update. I can FINALLY sleep again! Waking up in the morning without sweat dripping off me was definitely a relief. However, I'm having an odd side effect happening now. I cannot go 15 minutes without being thirsty as hell. My friend picked me up last night and before she got to my house, I drank at least 2 liters of water. Before we even got to where we were going, I was thirsty again. I ended up peeing 5 times in 2 hours and finished another 2 liters of water. By the time I got home, my mouth was dry again. I can only assume that this is caused by my body finally flushing the water out of my system.
 
So... I stepped on the scale today after I was pretty sure that the water weight was gone. I started at 195 lbs and today I weighed in at 170.5. My jaw dropped guys. Thank you all for your support!

First congrad on dropping them lbs! Now, the key is to keep lbs lost.. by watching your diet and working out.. If not, expect those weights to come back-but with a vengeance!
 
Keep IT up and the weight down buddy, congrats, one pound a day ! Try doing cardio with DNP next time

Hey guys! Probably my last post on this thread. I got some before and after pictures. I ended up bottoming out at 167.8 lbs as of yesterday afternoon. I started from 192-195 (weighed myself at 193 3 days prior to the first day of the cycle). So here are the pictures!

This picture was taken April 12th which is the closest I had to my start which I believe was April 16th. Weight: 192-195

This picture was taken 10 minutes ago. It's been 6 days since my last dose of DNP, so I believe the water weight to be gone. Weight: 167.8

Overall, I didn't expect such drastic results. My diet was pretty much on point for the first 2 weeks and went to complete crap throughout the 3rd. SUPER happy. In another week or 2, I'm going to start another run. 14 days @ 500mg. Thank you guys for your support! Stay tuned for round 2!

Right?? Fortunately, I have a fairly solid base of muscle underneath the fat that's left so I shouldn't look bad once I wrap up the cutting. I'm hoping for 150-152 when all is said and done. I'm 5'9" and when I'm 150-152 I'm expecting to be 8-10% (assuming I'm in the range of 18-20% as it stands right now). Fingers crossed! The loose skin is killing me though. Makes me look a lot more soft. Hopefully when I hit the weights I'll fill it out and it'll tighten up over time.

You think so? I just assumed 18-20 because my waist measures at 31" and I just didn't see it shrinking down too much more. My measurements are
Shoulders: 49"
Chest 45.5"
Waist 31"
Arms 15" (flexed)
I'd actually love some more input on this!
