First DNP Cycle Log

Ah. Although I didn't frontload, I did jump to 500mg rather quickly. Definitely a hasty decision on my part. Fortunately, I haven't had any negative effects thus far. Thanks for all the feedback, guys!

I advise the 250mg dose for 4 days and if all goes well then bump it up slowly. Sides are user and dose dependent. I am an outlier with sides as even at hey high doses I felt great for the most part. That might be bc I have Chuck Norris blood running through my veins but I wouldn't bank on tolerating it as well as I did. The vast majority feel like crap.

You're definitely one of the lucky ones from what I've read. So far, the only effects I've gotten are unquenchable thirst, mild lethargy, and being bit sweaty after a huge carb intake. I haven't felt any heat as of yet, although I'm only on my 4th day.

You also should try and time your dnp cycles better if you ever use it again. If you're weather is anything like mine it's getting much warmer outside now. Dnp is best used during the winter months to help with the hyperthermia side effect.

It hasn't been too warm around me. The first day or two have been in the low 60s and the rest of the week is supposed to be be under 50. I tried to get my hands on it during the winter, however I just didn't have the income. This was the soonest I was able to get it. Better late than never, I guess.

Not with DNP it isn't.

My coach was on 500 or 750mg in the dead of a northeast winter and was sitting in the snow in just basketball shorts and sandals browsing our forum.

I ran the shit in the winter, which is usually 40-50s. I washed a good twelve towels a day just trying to keep from destroying my upholstery. Plus feeling like you weigh 400lbs. . . It gets old quick.

Oh yeah. Getting out of bed in the morning is definitely a chore. I can't even walk up my steps without feeling like an out-of-shape middle-aged man.

Day 4 @ 500mg:
Pretty uneventful. Minimal sides like every other day. Lethargy seems to really be kicking in, however. No heat and no excessive sweating. I ate just a hair above 1,500 calories and I didn't end up finishing my cardio until 11:30PM due to the crippling lethargy. I'm still a bit hesitant to hop on the scale. I've never been one to use a scale to measure weight loss.
All in all, another easy, yet successful, day. I expected the sides to be a bit more prominent, but I definitely won't complain!

Day 5 @ 500mg:
Lethargy was an absolute killer. I was barely able to get out of bed in the morning. After having a cup of coffee and my supplements, I was completely back to normal. No real issues with heat, but I noticed that I was sweating a bit more than usual. I went a bit overboard on the calories and had a little over 2,500 which I'll easily be able to make up for during the rest of the week.

Day 6 @ 500mg:
Pretty much the same deal as previous days. Killer lethargy, can't walk up a flight of stairs without being winded, and sweating a bit more than usual. I guess the ambient temperature is a bit warmer than normal, but it's nothing unbearable. I can sleep just fine with no fan or AC. In fact, I'm sleeping a whole lot better since I started with 500mg. To make up for yesterday's binge, I stuck to a diet of fruit. An apple and a bowl of grapes. Probably a total of 250-300 calories? One more low-calorie day, and I should be right back on track.
This is BY FAR the most cut I've ever been in my life. It's very satisfying to see the fat practically melt away. This could possibly be the final stretch of my 2 year weight loss journey.

Day 7 @ 500mg:
Feel slightly warmer, but nothing unbearable. The lethargy seems to be letting up a bit. However the night sweats really started kicking in. I woke up soaked multiple times last night. Eventually, I got out of bed and had a couple cups of water and then slept like a baby. I'm really starting to see definition that was not present pre-cycle. I decided that Monday (Day 10) Would be a good time for the first weigh in. I'm holding a ton of water in my stomach, so I'm not expecting to see crazy numbers on the scale until I flush the water out post-cycle.

You are on a roll, look forward to seeing your weight results. I have another 20 days run worth of capsules but am looking at them with respect and that do-I-really-want-to-do-this-feeling. I'll see how I am doing by mid-May I think.

I was the same way at first. I honestly thought the side effects would be a lot more severe than I've experienced so far. But thanks man! The people weren't lying when they said how effective this stuff is. It seems that if you do some good research and take proper supplementation, it could be a very viable weight loss agent. Knowledge is power when it comes to this stuff, no doubt.

Day 8 @ 500mg:
Lethargy has ultimately subsided, but was replaced with a side effect that's so much worse. Last night, I was woken 7 times in a sweaty mess. I drank more water, took a shower, and went back to sleep only to be woken up again, drenched. I changed my sheets and went on my way. Woke up 2 more times in a puddle of sweat. It's an annoying side effect, however it isn't enough to stop me. Seeing some serious results and that definitely trumps the sweat attacks. I'm hoping to condense a 3 month cut into a period of 3 weeks. From the looks of things, it's definitely possible.

Day 9 @ 500mg:
Night sweats are pretty much the hardest thing to deal with so far. I wake up multiple times during the night and find myself drenched. Like someone poured a bucket of water on me in my sleep.
So get this. I was in my living room watching some tv. I felt completely normal (no heat, sweating, etc) and I dozed off for 15-20 minutes and woke up soaked. I wonder why it only happens when you sleep. Oh well. Almost to the halfway point!

Good luck. The shit works. But it feeds you a giant bag of dicks while it's doing so. Not worth it for me.

High dose tren, low dose food, and an hour and a half of cardio a day is much more enjoyable, nearly as fast, and you actually look and feel decent while on.
I've always wanted to try DNP, you know? If for nothing else the experience.... When I get to that point I realize I've always achieved my goals with diet and exercise plus wise drug choices... Every time I've opted to go the safer route. Rarely do I believe DNP is a good solution.

The lore surrounding it reminds me a lot of insulin, though. People act like insulin is going to kill you... Can it? Sure, of course. However, if you're smart enough to read how to use it properly, and start slowly and conservatively, you will most likely be just fine. Therein lies the problem, though. Us bodybuilding/powerlifting types are rarely those who understand "going slow and conservatively"....

People reading this, be smart...

Honestly, I tried it solely because it's the single most extreme anorectic available. Crazy side effects, possibility of death, and everyone in their right mind telling me not to do it. . . Sign me up. I learned to stop fighting it a while ago. Just can't help myself.

There is no need to use it, barring being a couple of weeks behind in prep. Done right, it's not an easy or lazy way of dieting. It IS the single fastest way of cutting weight, but anyone calling it easy has never run it. Like I said, I would rather starve. Might be different if I were in Maine or something. SW Florida, no thank you.
