never count warm up sets and calves do not count either. they do not get worked when doing squats or deadlifts. if they did everyone would have great calves. you need to do 9 to 12 sets of just calves too.

K thanks again. ill really pick it up this week. I think im gonna go real heavy this week. Is this advised to change u my rep range as well.

I hear you , everyone has there protocol but me personally I keep e2 in check from the get go because regardless your e2 will be affected so why wait til you get a lump in your nip to finally decide to use a.i.

Thats very true. Maybe i should start my adex this week. Im going into week 3 on tuesday.
 
So yestersay was lower day. I listened to hucking and turned it up!! O had no idea that i was capable of doing this many sets.

( excluding warm ups)
Squats 6by 4
Stiff legged dead lift 5 by 4
Leg press 5 by 8
Leg curl 4 by 8
Calf raise 8 by 12
Abs 6 by 15

All in all it was a pretty killer workout and when i was done i could have donw more!!
 
that is more like it :) on leg day if you can walk out of the gym without falling you did not work your legs hard enough ;)
Thanks again for the advice:-) i heard everyone say you gotta work twice as hard on cycle. Now i understand firsr hand that i can work out twice as hard!
 
Great job you seem very receptive of critique. You'll do good here. Who's test are you using and will out get your bloods tested? This will probably be a good base for the meso blood testing protocol.
 
Thanks ill im here to learn and grow with the plethora of knowledge on this forum. Im runninh HCL thats from napps. I really had my since i jumped in and got it before some real reaserch was done. After doin legs yesterday like i did yesterday iy might be underdosed buy bloods will show in a coupke weeks. I will be getting bloods in week 6 ( which protocol states for long esters) l which i just started week three today. so we will see what happens. I will be needed another vial to finish this cycle so i have some better choices in mind now
 
Tonight was upper body night! it was pretty brutal tonight.
Just working sets
Bench 6 by 4
Bent over t rows 6 by 4
Incline db press 5 by 8
Weighted pull ups 5 by 4
Overhead extension 5 by 8
Bb curls 5 by 8

It was a grear workout!! I added some rotator cuff excersice to the end as well. I was 205 tonight so hopefully in the mornibg i might be 198-199. Tomorrow is my day off so eat like a beast and get ready for thursday.:-)
 
you need to concentrate your training to like chest day, back day, or leg day. you hit three days in one day. a normal training day would look like this for me.


Chest: each week I would alternate which angle I started with. that way each angle was fresh and strong. I was equally strong at incline as flat bench.

incline bench - pyramids 8x6x4x6x8
flat bench - 3 strait sets
decline bench - 3 sets
incline dumbbell flyes 3 -sets
flat dumbbell flyes - 3 sets
weighted dips - 3 sets tell failure
 
Yeah I agree with HF! Especially on Splitting your days better and then watch the difference in gains!

And aromasin does not prevent rebound gyno. The docs on here have studies proving it I believe.

Ya i probably should do more concentrated days on aas. Being natty i could get the results doin a muscle as i could twice a week.before i would pulverize a muscle and would end up over training and either injury or i would get weaker. So i shall try my splits agin now on cycle. Thanks for all the advice :-)
