Hello
Trying to find out Some women that have try DNP

I just got DNP about a week ago and start with 100mg then went up to 200mg since I'm scared of taking too much
Main goal is to lose fat. I'm 5'7.5" 130lbs and apparently 20.5 % body fat
I'm usually a lot smaller about 116lbs.
I was trying to build my butt but probably I overeat and end up gaining fat.
I did clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but I gained more weight ... I eat too Many carbs,
I discover this dnp. So far ok but very hot very tired. Barely can workout so I decided to use with clen
200mg DNP 20 mg clen so far
Workout 6 times x week
This week mostly cardio I haven't lost any weight at all.
Is it possible my diet? Can I do more clen?
I also take fat burner in the morning .
Get very hungry can I use sibutramine ?
If anyone got tips from me will help . I'll post a pic of what I look now

Why are you saying I should eat more?
I did lots of research, a couple very well explain articles said that its ok to mix DNP with clen specially to get some strength.
I know it's all dangerous stuff is just an experiment for me to see if I can achieve what I want.
Cellulite is big problem for me maybe reducing my fat percentage will help.

Your case of cellulite is barely visible. More cardio and keto diet with deficit would do it. Dnp is dangerous but you've made your choice. Good luck stay safe go slow
 
You definitely don't look like you should be running clen or DNP. What's your diet and training look like?

There are many things we don't need we just wNt them anyways.
My diet is
Morning protein shake 1 scoop fruits and almond milk
Lunch lean chicke breast various salad
Dinner depends on what I cook for my baby anything from pasta or Some protein with salad and I pita usually
Snacks is the bad specially late st night.. Cookies, bread , fruit anything sweet ...
Basically I'll clean up my diet count calories and get serious
I train everyday if possible bike outdoors 45 min or rollerblades , I hate cardio in the gym but I mix it with my routine doing jump rope after each set
Day 1 legs
day 2 and biceps
Day 3 shoulder triceps
Day 4 legs and butt
Day 5 plyo

Everything looks good besides the sweets and simple carbs. I have the same problem so don't feel bad lol
