first Time dnp clen

Hello
Trying to find out Some women that have try DNP

I just got DNP about a week ago and start with 100mg then went up to 200mg since I'm scared of taking too much
Main goal is to lose fat. I'm 5'7.5" 130lbs and apparently 20.5 % body fat
I'm usually a lot smaller about 116lbs.
I was trying to build my butt but probably I overeat and end up gaining fat.
I did clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but I gained more weight ... I eat too Many carbs,
I discover this dnp. So far ok but very hot very tired. Barely can workout so I decided to use with clen
200mg DNP 20 mg clen so far
Workout 6 times x week
This week mostly cardio I haven't lost any weight at all.
Is it possible my diet? Can I do more clen?
I also take fat burner in the morning .
Get very hungry can I use sibutramine ?
If anyone got tips from me will help . I'll post a pic of what I look now

I think you look good :) further sculpting should be done w diet, imo. I see the small basketball net in your pic. You have a young one running around and look like that?? You're doing just fine kiddo. Keep on hitting it hard and eat with a purpose. Only better with time!!
 
I train everyday if possible bike outdoors 45 min or rollerblades , I hate cardio in the gym but I mix it with my routine doing jump rope after each set
Day 1 legs
day 2 and biceps
Day 3 shoulder triceps
Day 4 legs and butt
Day 5 plyo
At your level of development I'd really increase the frequency of each workout as in splitting your body parts less like a upper/lower split or 3-Day. Hit each body part 2 times a week and leave the body part splits until you have a solid base and are trying to bring up weak areas. Imo you should be really strong, high development, and/or assisted before going to body part splits.

Thank you!! Nice encouragement"! I have a 18month old baby so this is where things get bit harder.. I bake bunch of pastries and can't manage to dolled my self.. Lol

You should post in the new member section. Say hi to the community. Ther are a lot of good people here, a few solid ladies with good advice as well.
 
I'm just concerned about OP using clen, dnp AND a FAT BURNER in the morning. You have so much chemicals coursing through your body. Please, stop and consider the risks you are taking,, especially with a 18 month old sweetie running around.

If you are going to run dnp, drop everything else and just run that one harsh chemical.

Everyone else nailed it on the head with focus hard on your diet and you will see the results you are seeking, but that takes determination and will.

Wish you luck. And you really don't look like you need anything. Pics look awesome to me.

I really hope you aren't doing this is in an attempt to woo someone over cause if it is I would respectfully like to step up and take his place lol. You look fantastic to me! I know of very few women who look as good as you so soon after giving birth. You should be proud

Thank you still gonna go for it and do a couple of weeks just to See the différence. I know I'm not the only one that mix DNP with clen or other substances since I've being doing som research.... Is mainly because I'm out of energy and strength...

Lol you are too sweet . Unfortunately the only person I need to impress is my self ... That's he biggest challenge .
It's obvious now that my biggest problem is diet. Need to stay focus

Why are you saying I should eat more?
I did lots of research, a couple very well explain articles said that its ok to mix DNP with clen specially to get some strength.
I know it's all dangerous stuff is just an experiment for me to see if I can achieve what I want.
Cellulite is big problem for me maybe reducing my fat percentage will help.

Bc your body fat is already very low. I think building muscle will help with your self image more so than losing fat will at this point.

Dnp is so effective on its own and dangerous when not respected that it doesn't need to be mixed with anything else. I've used dnp before so I'm not against its use. I'm just against its irresponsible use.
