I recently began my first cycle with tren, I've used 2 short cycles sust, dbol, and eq in the past and seemed to have a pretty decent tolerance for those compounds. I am potentially prone to gyno, I've never had solid masses, but prone to storing excess fat on my chest before storing it on my stomach which my doctor can't say whether it is gyno or not, so I'm planning on running an AI the whole cycle, and have extra nolva on hand in case Adex isn't enough.
My Stats:
27, 6'4", 235lbs (naturally gained, last AAS was over 5 years ago and afterwards dropped back to starting weight), 16%bf.
Will be eating 200-250g of protein a day with a target of 3800 cals, diet consisting mostly of chicken, white fish, quinoa, brown rice, other complex carbs, protein shakes, and veggies with some nuts/avocado/etc added in for healthy fats. I have Multi vitamins, CLA, Fish Oil, MCT Oil, Carnatine, Creatine, and other supps on hand that are already part of my diet. I have about 6 years of consistent weight training and powerlifting experience, but due to my lower back giving me issues powerlifting is no longer an option so now I just want to build a solid physique after hitting a long term weight and strength plateau. Goal is primarily recomp and maybe lean bulk if my body permits.
As of now, here is my cycle, I'm currently on week 3:
Weeks 1-12: Test Cyp @ 500mg/week
Weeks 3-10: Tren Ace @ 50mg eod (will adjust up if my tolerance permits)
Weeks 3-10: T3 @ 50mcg ed
Weeks 1-12: Arimidex .5mg eod
18 Days after last test c pin:
Weeks 1-4: Clomid 100/50/50/25
Weeks 1-4: Nolva 40/30/20/10
I'm open to critiques, I'm trying to keep this a relatively simple cycle with as few sides as possible considering how potent tren is. I've researched many boards and resources for months before coming to this cycle, but considering I have no firsthand experience with tren I appreciate input. Also, am currently looking for some HCG to potentially add in, although I'm not sure where in the cycle that best fits.
