Totally agree, my gym's packed with all the college kids home on break and they take up all the power racks and such...thank god for afternoon workouts :)

not trying to be a dick, but your 14% to 17% BF in this photo and no less than 12% BF in the photo your trainer says is 9% BF. your trainer is right about chest and shoulders. if I was you I'm not sure I could trust your trainer for no bull shit guidance. seems like he just tells you what you want to hear. IMHO

I wouldn't go by body fat calipers... Go by the way you look. When you're lean, you'll know it. Having visible abs will guarantee that you're in the 10-12% range. People don't realize what 6-8% body fat really looks like. It's freaking step on stage ripped!!! I think you may be holding a good amount of water weight as well pumpingiron. You're def on the right track! Keep training hard and tighten the diet up. Now is the time....think about what your competitors are doing right now... If it were me, which I'm planning on competing again as well in May/June, I'd be starting to slowly dial everything in.

In 33 years of training... i have habitually avoided the gym on Monday evenings, simply because its always crowded with the "weekend warriors" in there making up for missing the last 2 or 3 days in the gym! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nites have historically always been
good nite's that have worked well for me, with no crowding! Monday is without a doubt... a long standing, perfect OFF day! ;)
 
@HuckingFuge. Yeah in that pic im at 10% that not on of my most recent pics I will post one up later. Delts and chest I need to spend some extra time. I work alot on legs in back as thats the main foundation. And largest muscle groups. Ive only been at it hard in the gym for 5 months. Really trying to take everything seriously now. And not just an hobbies. Have you been in competition? If so any pointers are welcome.
