For fans of T3 with Clen at the tail end up of a cut how are you dosing both?

Got Tyromel 25mcg Tabs and want to throw it into my cutting basket now as Ive hit a plateau. I was thinking 25mcg first week then go upto 50mcg and stay there for about a month then taper down to 25mcg for a week and finish at 6 weeks of T3.

Clen start at 0.2 for a few days then 0.4 for 4 weeks while taking Ketitofen at night

Start with 12,5mcg of T3 for a few days, taper up to 25 a few days and than 50mcg. Same when you will finish, 50 ,25 for a week , 12,5 for a week additionally take iodine!! 100 last week with 50mcg, 200 with 25, 400 with 12,5 and after that up to 600! for 2 Weeks. it helps a lot for youre thyroid.

Clen it´s ok if this is youre sweet spot. If you have Problems with cramps take 4-5 gramm of Taurin every day. abput 2-3 in the morning and pre workout or pre bed

Seeing as you say you've hit a plateau, t3 is not always the first option I would go. I would rather change the diet or add more cardio.

If your thyroid is functioning properly, don't use this too much as t3 will also burn muscle and you become extremely flat. Does t3 work? Definitely. Can it make you look like shit? Also definitely.
If you want to use t3, I would go 12.5mcg --> 25mg stay there for as long as you "need" and then cycle down to 12.5mcg for a few weeks before coming off completely.

Also, start with either clen first or t3 first, don't add both in at the same time.

Whats the longest you guys run T3

In theory, you can run t3 for a very long time as you can be on thyroid hormone replacement (but this is more commonly done by supplementing t4, but t4 turns into t3)

I thought 25mcg is almost like a natural dose and you need 50mcg min for the real
effecf

I tried T3 to diet down in the past and it's shit. I never felt more flat and horrible in the mirror than with T3.
Never used it ever again. I wouldn't use clen either due to side effect on your hearth, stick to other drugs.

It definitely takes some getting used to. I completely understand your feelings about it but that’s the best thing on the market for cutting

No the best thing is diet, second best thing is GLP, third best thing is HGH, forth best thing is Tren.

Clen is just a small help and it's really laughable compared to other stuff, T3 is shit and eating muscle is never an option for me, unless you need it because your T3 is tanked

You are wrong. GLP1 will eat muscle up same as T3. You clearly have never been in a hard cut for competition. Diet is vital for sure. But to get to that super dry competition level. T3 and Clen is king. T3 will rebound after you come off. Hgh causes water retention and gut bloating. Tren will only show if you are already lean and have some extra kidney and liver to give. And ready to deal with psychological effects of tren. Trust me man. Learn to tolerate T3 and clen.

Glp1's aren't catabolic. T3 is.

That’s for regular people loosing weight fast without good diet or training.
“cat·a·bol·ic ˌka-tə-ˈbä-lik. : marked by or promoting metabolic activity concerned with the breakdown of complex molecules (such as proteins or lipids) and the release of energy within the organism”

Now tell me again if glp1 is catabolic???!

You are defining catabolism. Yes it will take place when using glp1. It’s a result of calorie restriction achieved by glp1. There is no direct path way glp1 causes catabolism. If anything it’s the opposite since it enhances insulin sensitivity.
A catabolic hormone causes direct tissue breakdown. Like cortisol

Ozempic and GLP-1 usage, may lead to muscle loss alongside fat reduction.May 17, 2024
That's in people that aren't training and eating proper protein. I've been using glp1's almost 2 years now and have only gotten stronger while losing over 100 lbs. Muscle has gone up over that time. No loss.
All diets may lead to muscle loss without resistance training and correct protein intake
