For fans of T3 with Clen at the tail end up of a cut how are you dosing both?

Got Tyromel 25mcg Tabs and want to throw it into my cutting basket now as Ive hit a plateau. I was thinking 25mcg first week then go upto 50mcg and stay there for about a month then taper down to 25mcg for a week and finish at 6 weeks of T3.

Clen start at 0.2 for a few days then 0.4 for 4 weeks while taking Ketitofen at night

You are defining catabolism. Yes it will take place when using glp1. It’s a result of calorie restriction achieved by glp1. There is no direct path way glp1 causes catabolism. If anything it’s the opposite since it enhances insulin sensitivity.
A catabolic hormone causes direct tissue breakdown. Like cortisol
Ok! I get what you are saying. So has anyone used glp1 in an anabolic way? There is no application recreational or clinical for GLP one in any form of anabolic use. The main point was T3 and Clen work.

Wrong, increase in insulin sensitivity, decrease BG significantly, fantastic way to prime your body for a great bulk and to keep blasting HGH at high dosages.

You are just vomiting stuff without even having any knowledge.

Saying glp1 is catabolic, what a clown

And you have zero results driven info. Post a pic and prove me wrong

Can you think at all?
Glp-1 are designed to enhance insulin sensitivity. Higher insulin sensitivity means your body is in a better condition to gain weight. Have you heard of the rebound effect after loosing weight?
Doesn’t mean they build lean tissue since they are not catabolic or anabolic. But it sure helps the process of anabolism indirectly

The first study demonstrating GLPs boost metabolism was just released.

TLDR:

White fat doesn't use calories.

Brown fat uses calories continuously
putting out heat.

We know "fast metabolizers", a disproportionately thin group, have significantly more brown fat than the general population.

This early data seems to confirm what was already observed in mice. White visceral abdominal fat is converted to brown metabolically active fat when GLPs are used for an extended period. This increases resting energy consumption.

A superior alternative to Clen, in my opinion, if you use a GLP long term.

My interpretation, for whatever it's worth.

When the body "senses" low calorie availability, it reduces resting metabolism in order to conserve energy.

When the body "senses" calories are abundant for a long period it increases the volume of Brown Adipose Tissue (BAT) to keep organs warm, increasing metabolism.

GLP hormones are the signal that you've consumed calories, produced after eating. By using exogenous GLPs, you're sending a continuous "calorie abundance" signal and conversion of "dead" visceral fat to "active" brown fat conversion is maximized.

Clen usually isn’t used long term. It’s generally a few months.

My point was those increased metabolism benefits, assuming they hold up as research progresses in this direction, require long term use of GLPs. I think it's a good idea anyway, even at sub-weight loss doses, for all the other health benefits activating GLP receptors provide.

The re-comp is real! I did not think that recomposition was possible. My understanding of dieting and bodybuilding hinged on a strong belief that losing weight and contest preparation always meant losing muscle.

I am so very pleased to report that over the past 12 weeks I have successfully lost 16 lbs of fat and gained 7.4 lbs of muscle. My body fat percentage went from 17.8% to 10.4%... I cannot be more happy with the results and I sincerely owe a major thank you to @Type-IIx . His training, diet, and PED protocols have been mind-Blowing. His attention to detail and precision is uncanny. I have nothing to gain from posting about him, I am only saying this because I believe that he is a truly special coach and that I feel very lucky to work with him.

Attached to this post is the historical summary from the two Dexa scans that i have had.

Cheers

You can stop clowning around now. It’s clear you did 0 research and just want to save face on a retarded assumption.
