Franchise24 training log 2016/2017

I honestly don't know how much they add right now. I'll do a max effort in them a few weeks from now. I also got them a little bigger so that I can get into them myself. I actually bought two pair two different sizes. So that I have a pair to use when I bulk up.

Originally I got a 42 I couldnt get them on unless I had assistance and suit slippers. I sent them back for a 44 and purchased a 46. Now I'm good.

They fit my thighs and hips snug but bid on the waist. If I were competing geared I'd get them tailored at the waist some. But 42 just won't cut it thighs are too big for 42.

I measure 26-27 on my thighs and according to the chart based off that measurement I'm like a 50-52 but based off waist measurements and hip measurements I'm a 40-42.

I don't want to completed in them and they serve the purpose
Killer 5x5 on squat. How much do the briefs add?

I needed. Goal is to use them once a week. I'll alternate days each week.

One week I'll use them for paused squats, next week high bar squats and one week competition squats. I'll do a max effort in them soon. I'll use them mostly to rep weight that I can only get a triple or double for.

Competition deadlift:

    • 135 1x10
    • 225 1x5
    • 315 1x5
    • 405 1x3
    • 425 12x2
High Bar Squats:

    • 135 1x10
    • 225 1x5
    • 315 1x3
    • 385 1x2
    • 415 4x8 RPE 8-9
Deficit Deadlift:

    • 135 1x10
    • 225 1x5
    • 275 1x3
    • 315 5x5 RPE 8-9
This can be placebo or just me getting stronger or a bit of both. I believe the squat briefs are showing some promise. High bar squats with sleeves and belt I was able to get 4x8. That is a REP PR for me. Still on TRT 200mgs week. Getting labs on Wednesday. Cycle will start on Monday.

I'm impressed with the squats. Looking forward to seeing how your cycle goes.
Bro I'm super excited about this cycle. I just have stay humble and respect the weights. I know the strength will be coming on strong while on cycle. Have to resist the impulse to try a 1 REP max when I shouldn't be.

I was stoked after doing squats. Not being on cycle and hitting a REP PR.

You planning on doing a meet at the end or just gonna do a mock meet? Either way don't max until the end, you already know you'll get the best results that way. Build as much as you can on cycle.

I know you've been studying up, but feel free to hit me up to brainstorm programming on this blast if you need another opinion.

What kind of numbers are you wanting to see by the end of this?

I want to add 20-30lbs on bench
Squat I want to get as close 600 as I can. My previous squat best was 505.
Deadlift same as close to 600 as possible.

But being realistic I think 30-50 lbs increase in squat and deadlift are achievable.

I'm gonna do a mock meet and then find a meet to attend meet some people and take notes of how things go down. Then I'll look for a fed and get my 1st meet under my belt be end of 2017.

Developed a stomach bug Thursday. Kept me from the gym Friday and Saturday. Should be back tomorrow with the start of my cycle as well. Blood work should be in tomorrow.

I will also be switching to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday workouts. Instead of Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday workouts.

Starting this week I'll be going to my chiropractor. My hammy still isn't 100% my body feels a bit out of alignment. My chiropractor studied under Dr. Stuart McGill, she's pretty good.

Next week I will be switching some things around and adding some exercises.

I am going to add close grip bench, OHP's and floor press.

Close grip to improve bottom portion of my bench floor press for lockout.

Sounds good except close grip seems more for lockout it working triceps and all. Some form of paused or double paused seems the better choice for bottom end in my opinion.

I've never tried number two. I like how the superdrol has me feeling in the gym, but I feel like it's straight poison by how I feel the next day. I'd get the TNE and sdrol separate so if the sdrol kicks your ass you can just go plain TNE sometimes, too.
