Worked out the remaining details today...
Workout
Workout is going to be FST-7, there might be some mods to this early on, but this is what I'm starting with. Note: I have some tendonitis in both inner elbows (golfers elbow) so I'm not doing a ton of curls or things that cause it to get worse for now. I'm going to try something new and actually listen to my body instead of just plow through. The goal is to let any current injuries heal and not create new ones.

Also going to work abs in at least twice a week. No cardio on blast, but fasted morning cardio eod on cruise.

My cycle looks like this. I'm cruising until I start this - Test C 100 e3d.

Blast - 10 week
1-10 Test C (Watson) 100mg e3d
1-8 dbol 25mg ed
1-10 tren a/fina 50ed <- I might start a little lower
1-10 Sero 4iu ed

Cruise - 10 week
1-10 Test C (Watson) 100mg e3d
1-10 Sero 4iu ed
The plan is to repeat this blast and cruise twice but we'll see if it stays exactly the same or not after the first go around. The Sero's will be around 8-12 months.

Nutrition
As I said before on cruise Im shooting for 3700-4000 calories, blast is 5000+ calories. Regardless of cycle I'll be aiming for 400g of protein, more during blast. I wont go into gory details of diet but if someone is interested please let me know Im happy to write it all up. I will try to log it daily in a Capt Forest style excel format, I thought that was amazing and clean.

This is the hardest part for me cuz I hate the old me but whatever... Be warned I did say I was a fat useless fuck, then a skinny fat muscleless twit.
This is Feb 2013 - 210 25-30% bf. You can see from just my face and the dbl chin how out of shape I was. Oh and Im not longer a hippy, cut that shit off :)

This is my first time looking at your log. Im going to go ahead and steal this routine you have outlined here. Am I wrong to assume that Brutus gave you some ideas here?
 
I stole his routine and modified it, that same one he posted up in the FST-7 thread. I modified it some to fit my needs. For instance there wasn't a specific shoulder day in his outline. So far I like it quite a bit.
 
Ok check these bloods out. I came off a long cycle of test, npp, dbol, tren and "anavar". Not all at once but basically Jan - May, 18 weeks. Some of the results I expected like liver values to be a little off and cholesterol to be whacked (although my overall cholesterol number is down from 220 a year ago). But I was surprised to see T3 high.
I was also Trying to do TRT with Dyel Test C. I assumed it would underdosed and accounted for it.. I was wrong. I was doing 187.5 2x week thinking I would get in the 1500ish range. I over shot a little bit at 2700. Whoops. I've adjusted it down now. Btw this works out to about 7x so I'm very pleased with the Dyel but switching to Watson soon.
But is there anything on here I should be overly concerned about before running my next cycle?

Full bloods, diet on paper, your all business bro! My kinda guy. My cholesterol numbers were similar to yours on my last bloods and considering my diet i was pretty happy. I was told that those numbers were gtg. Nice to see some solid test numbers - go get 'em furious.

Thanks man. Honestly this is a culmination of everything I've learned here from all you guys in a year. I didn't know jack shit when I showed up. But I kept my mouth shut for awhile, read, asked questions, READ the answers, researched, lol got flamed plenty of times lol but this is what happens if you stick around. I know I can be an asshole at times but I truly appreciate everything people have taught me here.

I'll not going to run high test for this blast, going to get it down in the 1000 range for this blast and the next cruise.

I really enjoyed low test with my deca last go.
I also don't know shit! My input on your cholesterol is from a place of very little first handle knowledge. It was explained to me that the relationship between the ldl and hdl numbers was sometimes as important as the values themselves - but i have no way of knowing that this is the case other than it came from an MD which sometimes doesn't mean much!
 
Sunday night was chest and biceps. I've been having a really odd motivation problem lately. Struggling early on through the first 3-4 exercises then getting my groove for the second half. Weird but whatever...

Now whats the trick for standing up With any dignity at all after burning out on the leg press machine?
 
Oh man after leg press lol good luck. It's just a little of a balancing act doing it in reverse. Just use your core to stabilize yourself and it should be no sweat.

When was your last pin of Test C before your blood draw?
 
It was just a hair over 24hrs, would have preferred 36 but I was a fasting for the cholesterol test and I also read (and tried) that for a more accurate Testosterone reading there should be no sex for 24hrs. It's amazing how much I want something when I can't have it.

Would 40-42hrs after last pin be alright? Or would 33-36hrs be better? I thought I've read most are in the 40-50hr range.

Yes I think 48hrs would be better. As I understand it the test results would have been more favorable in terms of testosterone levels the closer you get to 48hr as that's the peak release time with test c/e.

Really these blood tests were just for me. I wanted to see where I was in relation to my target for test and estrogen levels, cholesterol, hemocrit and liver values. I didn't intend on posting them at least not for the purpose of pimping an UGL. I did make mention of these tests in the UP thread but that's it.
