Hello, I am sorry for these few delays, as many of our customers, could proved that we put extra fee products for these delays. The good news is that we have almost finished our very secure and professional e-shop. I promise that all will get emails, PMs, tracks and parcels in the two next days, all delay orders will be doubled or add free products as a compensation.

Be glad at least that he stopped responding so early in your communication. Some of us have already payed and have yet to hear back from him...

I challenge anyone here to officially call out Dan and say they got scammed, as someone mentioned earlier nobody has up to this point and it's also been said that messages/emails seem to slip through the cracks sometimes so a second email a PM or a post on the board is sometimes necessary but there is absolutely no need to be rude or make any accusations. Yes I've waited longer than I've expected for responses sometimes but have been treated with respect and generally provided with a solution that more than makes up for any short comings. I'm new here but if anyone happens to peek at the other UGL forums you would be surprised at the amount of patience Dan has for some of you guys lol

I think a lot of people do not know that you are in a european time zone.

Being a man of your word is all well and good, but when I find myself waiting for almost a month (25 days atm) I think I'm entitled to be impatient.

I really don't think I'm being unreasonable here, there are people on other threads on this board equally annoyed at 30 day waits.

I'm not the type of person who expects my gear 2 days after I pay, or even in a week, this isnt McDonalds. But at two weeks I think I'm allowed some irritation. After 3 and a half I'm allowed to be pissed.

That and two empty promises on two seperate occasions to ensure my gear gets shipped

If it were a situation where something was out of stock (all I wanted was some Test, plain and simple) I'd be fine if Dan had just sent me an email telling me so. But instead he has my money and all I got are excuses.

Dan/David from what I've heard you're were supposed to be a good source, but based on this experience I'm thoroughly unimpressed.

I think it goes without saying but please return my email or PM when you can
 
I've dealt with people who have/had great "customer service", and their gear is shit. I still haven't received everything I ordered from D. Hell, my 1st tracking number showed a delivery to the other side of the country. I did receive a good portion of what I ordered (after letting him know about the mix up) still waiting on a few items. As a matter of fact, my dough was sent a month ago, so I'm waiting for my complete order longer than you. But from day one communication was always delayed. It was a shot I took. Glad I did, cause what I do have is REAL SHIT. I trade communication for good REAL gear any day. My point was, people will get their stuff, nothing more nothing less.

Out of curiosity, have you used GE-TM before and if so, what's your experience been with them? I know Anabolic mentioned that he's used them often in the past and they've always come through

The thing that annoys me most though is the part where he told me, on two seperate occasions, that my gear would ship that day or the next, when evidently it has not. Thats the red flag to me.

The reason I put these things up here is for other people to see. I would have liked to know that it would take a month before ordering. I'm not saying I wouldn't have, mind you, just saying it would have been nice to know

This is my 1st time running GETM gear. This was my first order. I tried to order from him a few times but didn't hear back "fast enough". That's probably why my order got botched, made changes to my initial order more than 2x.

I agree with you. Money sent wasn't even picked up right away, I had to let him know. That showed me he was slammed or all over the place. But again, the communication wasn't stellar from day one. But.... Not a bad review here on his product. That says something to me.

Ragnar, I am one of the members who earlier in this thread stated that members here wouldn't get scammed by GetM, that his communication was just real slow, but he'd come through.

That said, no member here should EVER have to worry about burning a bridge, or getting blackmailed by sources, for respectfully and honestly sharing their experiences, providing common sense and fairness and respect are shown. That would go against everything that the underground stands for!

Fuck the bridge! I guarantee you that you'd have a lot of members here burning a source to the ground if it was found that the source was blacklisting a member for sharing feedback - again, providing the feedback is honest and fair to the source, AND the source is being given a fair shot to make things right!

Ragnar, I would like to put your worries to rest. I have made 2 separate successful orders with GETM. The first with Dan which was rather quick and the second I dealt with Dave which there were delays but the compensation more than made up for it. They were both very sincere and professional which I didn't expect in this industry. I also think they need to work harder on getting back to people in a reasonable amount of time. This is my opinion but I don't think a lot of emails are getting through to them and that's why I would send the same email a few times to make sure one would get through. I am very happy with these guys, Ive received everything I ordered plus they were more than generous with the compensation. Keep on them with emails Ragnar something has to be on back order, just a guess but like you I wanted my gear yesterday or wanted to know exactly where it was but for me it was worth the wait.
 
From what I've read everyone who's come to this forum with an issue, albeit some of these issues have been major (rare but it has happened) and I'm not defending this, it's clearly a weakness but as I've mentioned earlier its the best weakness I could ask for LOL (overnight delivery of bunk may seem awesome at first ;). I have always noticed the initial person has responded that things have been resolved, product in hand and in general a happy camper.

Online retail is a tough business, the best way I can put it is the internet provides the same benefits that HCG does to a man in the midst of a 20 week cycle :P (please don't have to make me explain this one ;)

If anyone has any questions on concerns Im just under a month in on a test prop/tren a cycle (only ran Test E & EQ in the past) but man I'm enjoying this ride, and the sides that have been quite minimal to boot, though i came quite close to the dreaded cough the other day...felt really funny, oxygen felt a bit tougher to get in but thankfully it stopped there.

Going to give the var a go (even though i've had my reservations on UGL var) but it may bit several weeks before I can comment on that, and as mentioned earlier I'm not sure how much value I can add as I'll be a first timer.

But for someone whos strictly dealt local and took the plung into the online world I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience. Not gonna lie my first experience with these guys have been better than some of my locals...I won't get into details

If anyone tried anything else on the domestic list, would love some feedback, like a chess player I'm thinking at the very least a cycle ahead ;)

Keep on them with emails Ragnar something has to be on back order, just a guess but like you I wanted my gear yesterday or wanted to know exactly where it was but for me it was worth the wait.
I agree with you there,there does seem to be some issues with e-mails not getting through, also if you are sending from a hotmail or some major email (gmail seems to be ok) then that may be your first problem. But I do shoot over multiple e-mails and a PM and then politely come to the forums after. Anger and accusations will do nothing to help your cause, in fact, if I were in Dave's shoes people like that may just be bumped to the bottom of the list (this is STRICTLY my opinion, I'm not saying AT ALL this is what occurs). But keep trying to communicate, you will get through and you will receive what you asked for, it not more. But it would be nice to seperate this thread from the rest of the stuff I read here and try to be as respectful at all, I can't recall one situation where Dan/Dave have lashed out or insulted anyone on this forum.
