GE-TM Labs domestic shipping

I had a hard time focusing at work today, I really feel like a dick.

Dan got my tracking info to me last night/morning, appearently my pack was delivered a week(ish) ago

I asked a few neighbors as delicately as I could if they've seen anything. This sort of thing happens semi frequently in our condo complex, and most people just run the package over to where ever its supposed to be. I have a few more people to ask but if I can't find it, I think I'll have to call this one a loss. It's been a week(ish) now and I figure if someone has it they should have brought it over to me by now.

Again Dan came through, the screw up is on the USPS at this point

Ragnar, why not asking in your local post office ? They should know where you pack was placed.

I thought about that, and that seems like the worst idea possible.

I live in a condo complex. We have one guy that does the regular mail who comes to the main box at the end of the street and another guy who does packages a little later as they usually won't fit in the box. The odds that one guy remembering where one of many packs went just seems unlikely

Worse, what if it got opened by a postal inspector? By asking I'm essentially admitting guilt by saying that I was expecting that pack and *BOOM* I'm in jail.
 
I do understand the frustration of waiting month or over, so again, yes we have some issues with e-mails, domestic stock, etc.

Most of our customers gets there parcels in a week, others in two and the few unlucky even longer, we do compensate everyone and again I would love to assure you that we are putting final steps to launch our new e-shop and working hard on 12 other things that will improve our customer care, so please give us few days, week maximum and if it wont improve, then.....there is no way! it ill improve.

Now, all emails, PMs, tracks will be sent in 2 days, if there will be someone left behind, he will earn products worth 200 USD for free, me and David put our words on this, but we ll work our asses so hard, so noone get this prize.

I put in a new order on 6-8, even after my last order took 2 months to get it all, and still haven't heard anything. Im calling you out on this 200 free shit...

It hasn't been two days. Guarantee posted on Wednesday 6/11 @ 3:45am. They've got til the end of today before having to make good on their offer.
 
Update: Just heard back from Dan/David. Dan replied to my PM here on meso, and David replied to my email. I have been told that I will be receiving three complimentary items and that it will be shipped to me in 2 days time. I'll update again once I receive the package.

I received the same message yesterday. Said it be in my box by Friday. David said he would send tracking # lastnight and never got it. Hopefully it's on its way.
 
Dan got back with me today, not offering the deal he talked about. Simply giving me my total and WU directions, and why I didn't mention the extras I recieved with my last order. I did mention the extras earlier in this thread, which I am grateful, and I dont want any free shit or the 200 for taking 3 days or whatever, I just wanted to see if he would even respond. After a couple days I went thru someone else whos having a good TA lately.
I only post this for people who are needing to know communication time,etc, with these guys.
Id say if you don't plan on needing your stuff for a long time, then its fine.
 
And if anybody wants to talk shit, then eat a fuckin dick, cuz Im just stating the facts on my experience. Thats what this forum is for.
