Holy shit. I think my first year of serious training I put 100 lbs on my bench and was on top of the world. Been a slow climb since then. Little bursts here and there.

I don't give a shit who you are, everyone remembers the first time they benched 315. It's like gym porn. You don't forget when you got your first piece of ass.

I was already at 315 but I wouldn't lift more then 355. But doin tht at 8 times at 3 sets. I was told tht I should b max out at 425. So I put all my energy n too that and accomplish it. Ive tried other products from different companies but I feel that im getting better results from ge tm.

Well if you were doing 8x3 at 315 then you didn't really go from a 315 max to a 425 max. Problem solved

Please clarify as your statement is not clear. Have you actually benched 425? Are you assuming that you can bench 425 because you bench 315 for 3 sets of 8 reps and someone projected your max at 425? There is no way 3x8 @ 315 = 425! Please clarify! Thanks
