Actually my bloodwork looks much better when im on low dose cycle that when im complety off, my lipids start to mess up my blood sugars star to rise also cortisol ...after heart attack i make a mistake and cut off everyting for abouth 8 months ,i suffered a mild depression ,my sex drive was zero even with viagra or cialis can perform and had normal test numbers free and total ,ld ,fsh e2 etc ,losing 45 pounds of bodyweight ,in my contry they have no ideea about trt after i start self prescribe trt of 125 mg e4d i became a new man i was alive again ...

Having that shit happens REALLY fucks with you.

My biggest issue was BP, I try and keep it at 110/60ish now (I'm 120/70 currently, working in bringing it down with LOTS of added cardio... a cut run and Celery seed extract)

Celery seed extract helps
Short blasts help
Low dose blasts are good too.
Sure, I grow slower... but gotta be around for our families.

For the blood pressure when im on i take morning a low dose 2.5 mg bystolic and night enalapril 10 mg ( i try to lower my rbc hct after reading a post of Dante trudel )and is always under 120 - 70 ,after 40 years i think im gona go on trt route 140 - 160 mg week split in two shoots and low dose blast of max 12 weeks of deca or masteron if im healthy !
 
I lower my total cholesterol from 270 to 130 on low dose cycle ,i keep my hdl in 50 range ,lower my ldl from 172 to 68 with red yeast rice , nac ,niacin etc ( with statins i never go under 200 for total and 100 for ldl and mess very bad my liver enzyme ) ,i keep my blood pressure under 130 with 80 , i lower my Pre workout Caffeine content from 500 to 250 max, i lower my dosage not that i run much more before , my last years before heart attack my cycle was 16 weeks 500 mg test and 500 deca for the first 8 weeks ,folow by next 8 of 400 mg tren e with 30-40 mg dbol for the first 4 weeks that was my maxim dosage folow by 4 weeks of hcg and 4-6 of clomid and 8 weeks off after pct but garbage diet, 90 % Fast food and rafinated sugars ,no sleep and eat late night a ton of nutella KFC pizza .

So your heart attack was mainly caused because of poor diet? My numbers are currently: HDL 35.5 LDL 105 so not horrible, but room to improve of course. In Canada/Europe those numbers are HDL .92 LDL 2.72

I hover between 110/70 and 136/86 and the docs/nurses tell me even high end of normal is perfectly fine/normal especially for steroid users. I'm 6'2'' so being high normal while on gear is great, but I do want to get it lower with more cardio as soon as I get my heart issue figured out.

On the heart attack day i was on week 12 of my cycle and 4 on tren e ,i was running Tbol for the first time 40 mg day ,with that trash diet and roids my total cholesterol was not that bad 280 but hdl was 19 and trigliceride 96 for about a year straight i was eating at 1-2 at night pizza ,pasta, KFC ,pankaces with nutella ...but MI was caused by a blood clot ,i dont know it may be a small plague rupture ,my rbc hct was normal ( weird because i always had a problem with rbc hct) my Plt was double than normal 402 range 140-450 mine was always 240-250...

I talk with a friend who is my cardiologist and he said that is a smart ideea to keep ldl under 80 even 60 if is possible he said that hdl is not that important if you manage to lower your ldl ,you may try red yeast rice ( must container monacolin k 10 mg at least ) and for the hdl niacin ( must be the one with flush) citrus bergamot and krill oil

Hmmm thanks for the info. I really don't do much cardio, but I do very intense training for like 2 hours so I think I'll lower weight training to 1 hour daily and do 1 hour per day actual cardio.

As for diet I mainly eat tuna, rice, eggs, multigrain bread, ev olive oil, avocado oil, tilapia and spinach and not much dairy. I'll need to add in more veggies and fiber and as for supplements I prefer to get everything from diet if possible, but I'll for sure do some research.

As for your blockage how did it get removed and did you have any symptoms leading up to the event?

I had a back pain behind the shoulder blade on the right side for a few days ,i decide to go to hospital and check and they start to panic after EKG and troponina bloodwork and they call an ambulance and send me 100 km distance town with a heart institute hospital

My HDL was 15, LDL 170 end of last blast end of October. So, I dropped to cruise, took bergamot, fish oil, niacin(flush) and tons of cardio, got bodyfat down to 12%(down about 30-35lbs). Took bloods again, HDL up to 40, LDL went UP to 270. So, rosuvastatin it is. Obviously my diet was pretty squared away as I was in deficit. So, hopefully this does it for me, glad you were able to get past it.
 
They put me one stent and put me on beta blocant , brilique (a new generation blood thinner) , baby aspirin ,ace inhibitors and statins

You are welcome and maybe someone learn from my mistakes!! If it was from me i start training the next day after i came home from hospital but i was advised to wait for a month and doing only low intensity walk for , the hard part was mental one and suffering from ED stoping all cold turkey my dr advice (stupid advice by the way ).

I think in your case is something genetic ,i have a friend who just turn pro ,and had similar problems for two months only protein that was eating was from whey izolate ,got out from his diet all animal source protein egg meat etc ,and got best ldl 115 and hdl rise from 19 to 24
