They? I guess we all just have our favorites and it's not uncommon for it to be our homes. I was in Italy a few years ago and expected to be blown away by the food. Tbh I've never really cared for Italian food but I was just sort of underwhelmed by the cuisine. I did get a good spicy clam and pasta dish (not a fan of pasta) there but that was the only standout for me. I love james gandolfini though. He was on my "list" for a long time.

Most of the tourist that come here don't go in the correct places, I'm not one of those guys saying: everywhere you go in Italy is so great the food. Shit it's not
but I'm not talking about what's favorites or not. It's just a fact that in such a small country like Italy is there are 120391023901293 different plates and way of cooking that make the italian cuisine unique in the whole world.

What I have noticed because of all my travelings is that most countries don't eat like we do, What I mean is that they mix a lot of first dish with second dish and they all eat it together. Plus most ppl have their taste so accustomed to their own usual food that they can't appreciate/understand how special and great are some cuisine, first of all the italian one

You all can say to me how great you can Eat in USA (sure I believe there are amazing restaurants there) I believe it but what YOU like and what's best is something completely different

I can bet one of my ball that for any place you can bring me there to eat I can show you one better here, in the years your ppl have spent conquering and fucking other countries we have spent it cooking oh and btw you just have 300 hundreds year of history we do have more than few thousand, sorry can't compare

I grew up very close to Louisiana. Actually did most of my partying in Lake Charles since you can drink and party all night in the bars. I've traveled all over the U.S for work and I agree. Yalls food is the best. Well not really for this life style but I can get down on some crawfish or étouffée

blackened catfish etouffe with the Lousiana brand hot sauce is my jam! I do the creole too but that brown roux shit tastes like God's vagina

You know I very much wondered while we were there that if the food was so bad because it was a touristy type places where we ate. My mind will change with new information and I'm open to it, but I would be hard pressed to believe you could make an oyster poboy better than I can get in NOLA.

I'm a weird case because I don't like rice or pasta and eat only seafood (and unborn chicken fetuses). Desserts are ok but I'm not a tiramisu fan and that's the only Italian dessert I know (except gelato. Hey! I know 2). I can give you a PO box if you'd like to overnight some food tho!
