Im confused. You are behaving this way because i mixed an order up? I couldn't count on both hands the times ive had this happen as a customer from various sources. Mix ups happen. For me personally its how they handle that mix up. As i stated i got busy and i got the wrong pack out to you. Id be more than happy to take care of that for you at no cost. Is there something im missing here?

In the future if a customer has an issue simply email me and ill get you taken care of. That said i mentioned my first day in buisness was FAR busier than i intended. I did my best but 30 packs in one day was completely unexpected and to be completely honest it was a bit overwhelming. If i slipped and mixed an order up i apologize. Had you simply emailed me to begin with i would have taken care of this immediately. I still will rectify the situation if you reach out.

The gentleman ordered at my opening prices. I reached out and let him know id be shipping additional gear as i felt bad he paid prices that were quickly dropped. Now that ive sent out 2 packs he wants his $ refunded. Ive offered to correct his order immediately at no cost. I understand i slipped up im not down playing that in any way. I just felt thst all things considered the review was if nothing overly harsh.

Im unsure how im supposed to proceed. Im open to suggestion.

Fix and stop saying I don’t understand. That’s not harsh for Meso. That was gentle with Vaseline and a reach around.

How do YOU demonstrate that you are better than what we thought you’d be?
 
Sources used to come through here knowing something about what they're doing, get vetted and make it or not.

Way too many lately come through with training wheels on and get coached up.

It doesn't matter how long they say they've done what, it becomes obvious pretty quickly what they really know.
