He paid for his order and was dead on right to post his review up to this point.
You haven't earned the right to have issues resolved in pm. His review is exactly what people need to know about an attempted start up like you who came unprepared and still haven't met the basic requests. I don't give a shit about your timeline you should've came correct.
On day 1 you completely fuck an order up. Day fucking 1. I don't give a shit if everyone fucks up, not on day fucking 1. The impression you've made to this point is you're a fucking dumpster fire as a source.
That said if someone says they'll pay after receiving site unseen and before vetting then dude's still on the hook or he's no better then what I suspect you'll turn out to be.
Im confused. You are behaving this way because i mixed an order up? I couldn't count on both hands the times ive had this happen as a customer from various sources. Mix ups happen. For me personally its how they handle that mix up. As i stated i got busy and i got the wrong pack out to you. Id be more than happy to take care of that for you at no cost. Is there something im missing here?
I by no means meant that issues should be kept private. I understand how this board works and the need to keep sources accountable. I simply meant that it would be my hope to receive an email about the issue and at least be given an attempt to rectify the problem.
In the future if a customer has an issue simply email me and ill get you taken care of. That said i mentioned my first day in buisness was FAR busier than i intended. I did my best but 30 packs in one day was completely unexpected and to be completely honest it was a bit overwhelming. If i slipped and mixed an order up i apologize. Had you simply emailed me to begin with i would have taken care of this immediately. I still will rectify the situation if you reach out.

Here’s the thing dude. Mistakes happen. It’s how you respond to them that will make or break you here. When @Nononsense posted his review you got defensive for ZERO reason. It was YOUR fuckup. Have humility and simply say “email me, I’m sorry I really fucked that up, I’ll make this right ASAP.” Nobody here gives a fuck that you were “too busy”. That’s the worst excuse ever.

The gentleman ordered at my opening prices. I reached out and let him know id be shipping additional gear as i felt bad he paid prices that were quickly dropped. Now that ive sent out 2 packs he wants his $ refunded. Ive offered to correct his order immediately at no cost. I understand i slipped up im not down playing that in any way. I just felt thst all things considered the review was if nothing overly harsh.
Im unsure how im supposed to proceed. Im open to suggestion.
