i ordered international because GA doesn't offer kits domestic, thats why im pissed , i checked with Marcus of october 10 about where my package was and "all of a sudden" theres tracking from la? like they hastingly sent off my 3 vials,, who orders 3 vials of bpc? Im sure it will be made right , but the fact is i ordered for a reason , now i have to wait lonnnger,, i already waited 18 days

Sounds like a def message relay issue from whoever gets the order and to the staff who pack it up and ship it … obviously by the amount of funds sent it shouldn’t be , but there is a missing link between order email and the one sent to his warehouse staff… GA, maybe hold a zoom meeting and go over 1 kit means 10 vials .

My last order was a total disaster. Was missing an entire kit. Was then asked for a video of the unboxing, which luckily I had, even though I've never been asked by any other vendor for something ridiculous like that.

After showing the video, Marcus sent out a new order but that one was missing some additional items I had ordered. I am still waiting on those items. This all started on August 28th.

Hoping my missing items arrive soon and that Marcus honors his offer of free shipping on my next order. But this was a total headache that has required SIXTY FIVE emails to resolve so far.

I haven't done a video, as @GenericAsia until now has been very precise and the only source I usually make video of unpacking is QSC or big orders for other sources but I'm confident Marcus will be reasonable not because it's me but because it's clear from the size of the package sent that it would HAVE NEVER BE ABLE to fit 5 kits in it not even if you were fucking Houdini.

well I did provide picture of the package and as I said, It was impossible to fit 5 kits, it was a super small envelope.

it's true tho, you should record every package you open, I do it for normal packages/expensive orders.

I’m currently experiencing some similar issues, received one package with most of my oils in it but was missing my tirzepatide kit and only received one vial of my hgh kit which by reading what others are saying here I have a feeling that was my 1 kit of hgh but I’m still waiting on shipping of a second package which is currently a mystery as to what will be in it. The shipping label was created September 24th and just keeps over and over updating with the same message as:

“Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item

JAMAICA, NY 11430”

I’ve contacted Marcus numerous times to get reassurance that the rest of the order is in this box and asked at what point do we reship but his answers have been vague as to where the box is and what exactly is in it. He has not answered the question about what time frame do we do a reshipment for a box that hasn’t arrived.

I know he generally advertises shipping internationally as 5-15days so we’re close to the 15 day mark if you count it as business days and past it if we are taking consecutive days which would usually warrant a reship or a more thorough investigation into where the products are and at least reassurance that my full kit of hgh and tirz are in this box since that’s the bulk of my order monetarily.

I’ve ordered from GA a couple of times in the past and so far I enjoy his products but shipping has been an issue with vague shipping updates and now recently it seems like issues with kits receiving 1 vial vs the 10 vials that normally come in a kit.

Additionally if there needs to be a reship is there any compensation for time wasted and many emails back and forth required to get the reshipment?
