Not sure. 1st time trying them. Regular is $35 and I think direct from China. Re ship is $45. My "regular" pack seems like it got re ship but maybe they use special shipping lines that don't have customs and international labeling.

Regular shipping should be faster. For reship it has to get sent to the US and in somebody's hands and then they ship it to you a second time domestically. Regular shipping is direct to you so once it clears customs it just goes straight to you. Not sure what the time difference would be the way this guy does it.

Yeah, that's my understanding. For reship, your name and address is not on the pack for it to get to the United States. They ship it to one of their people in the US and then that person slaps the label with the name and address you gave so you don't risk customs with your name and information.
